I did a kung fu move in the bathroom while I was watching myself and I must have twisted my upper body wrong. 😞. I got the most crampy feel in my chest

I am not sure the kicks are effective, but that palm hand thingy looks very much like the Shuto Uke in Karate.
Now I am not sure where Taekwondo got the bad habit of chambering for that technique from behind; Does not make much sense.

your horse stance and now stance are not perfect if compared to original shaolin kung fu...the horse stance should be more low and the drop stance is also not perfect..your stretching leg should be more straight and the drop stance is actually called crouching stance....u cannot give the moves new names....u need much more practice. ....practice hard...and then come to teach.....😞😞😞😞😞😠😠

It's traditional shaolin kung fu..so the stances are not deep... where in composery wushu the stances are deep for show amituofo
