Under $400,000 is not cheap, how is that considered retirement living, it cost as much as in any neighbor hood in NJ except property taxes are lower and you have someone mow your lawn and plow? The maintenance fee is expensive adding up at the end of the year. Selling a home up north yes you can live nicely with what your home sold for up north to afford homes like they are showing here and the cost.

Great question! Most of the new construction models you’ll find are open layouts. I do have some resale
55 and over communities that have a separate kitchen. Please contact me and I can go over some options. Thanks.
