I went recently to Freehold and the houses were beautiful but I didn’t like that they had no activities director or activities. I was told that would be up To the HOA to plan activities when all the other places I’ve gone to see had an activities director. I don’t want to take a chance of spending all that money and then move into a 55+ with no activities so I left.
Thanks for the comment Linda. It is a good point to bring up sometimes with the smaller communities they don’t have an activities Director so it may be more limited in groups and activities.

I agree it is still beautiful homes. Hopefully they will have some kind of activities.
