My 3 year old twins just watched this video with me and I have to tell you that you have 2 new fans! They commented on everything you did throughout the whole video (he’s cutting celery!, he’s stirring!, etc.) Then, at the end, they said “he’s going to taste his sandwich...he likes it!” It was so cute! 😊

Charlie you're killin me!! Real talk, think about opening a restaurant or an on-line store where we can order your foods frozen and you mail it. I don't know how that would work, but it'll get figured out. The menu can be just a few foods, not even a medium sized menu, but is easy to send by 1 day air.

+Charlie “The Cook” Andrews well, seafood would be tricky. But a professional with knowledge of how it can be done would give good insight. I'm in Cali and haven't seen crawfish in our stores, but I do know it can be ordered online, so it can be done. But, you have so many non-seafood items to start with while you figure out this one. I know, you banged on that table a couple more times than normal, so I came to the conclusion that this was a huge winner. :)

Charlie when I saw that flour on that glass table, then you spreading that dough, I said "NOW THAT'S NEW ORLEANS". My grandmother use to do the same thing on her glass Franky and Jonnies table.

I just made this today and it was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I deviated a bit and didn’t use a rolling pin for the bread, though. I just pressed the dough evenly into the pan so didn’t have to wash my rolling pin and get flour everywhere, 😂. Still worked and I had lovely bread! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Man you did it again. Look great. If you don't mind I'm give you one of my chef tricks. When you slice the bread, melt you some butter with a little garlic, and parm cheese . Then brush both sides of the bread then add your filling. It would taste amazing. That what i do for my pizza.

Tried it this weekend. HOOOO-WEEE, it was good. Plenty for eight people. Being in Michigan, I had to use a different combination of spices: Swamp Dust, Best Stop(Scott LA) Cajun spice, and Louisiana Cajun seasoning. No matter. I was great!!
