    Super late comment - How did you attach the foam board word wall to your actual wall? I have a wall that is IMPOSSIBLE to staple or thumbtack into (it's a cement wall covered with a very thin layer of rough rug), and the foam board wall may solve my problems with it!

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      Hi Teresa! Never too late for a comment, thank you for watching! ;) We used the heavy duty interlocking command strips in each corner to hang our foam boards. They work best on a flat surface like cement, but might not stick well to a carpet texture.

    Where did you buy that brown chair? Thank you!

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      The chair at the front of my room was a FB Marketplace Find! I did find a similar listing on Amazon here: amzn.to/4fQWl2T

    Quick question: where did you purchase the tree/forest banner/runner that is hung above your interactive board?

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      @@linx_the_loyal I made it! It’s a part of my classroom decor set and is also sold separately in my store here: www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Boho-Forest-Flexible-Seating-Chart-Editable-6940703

    Great video, love the set-up, but I'm curious about how many students you have and the size/dimensions of your classroom?

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      @@GObirdsPhillyDan1969 thank you! This particular year I had 26 students. Our room was an average size for a public school at around 27ft by 29ft

    • @GObirdsPhillyDan1969

      @@mrsmunchsmunchkins it is an amazing use of space. That's a large room, I'm a bit jealous, but 26 students is a lot so the space is warranted that's for sure.

    I have a question! For the seating picks, how do you make sure they’re doing work? What would be the consequences if they dont finish their independent work? I love this idea but I’m a bit nervous to handling the situation

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      Hi there! I actually have an entire video about how I set up and run flexible seating that will answer your questions and more! I'll link that here: th-cam.com/video/SOQrzDx32Pw/w-d-xo.html But in general, our motto is "your flex should help you work your best!" If they are not able to be their best, they have to remain at home base.

    So no name tags and assigned desks where they keep their materials and pencil boxes?

    • @mrsmunchsmunchkins

      They do have name tags! They are the square white tags on the upper corner of each desk. ;) You can see them at 12:56. ;) And yes they keep all materials and pencil boxes inside their desk!
