Hi all, little advise please. Ive been in cyber security 2nd line role for just over 2 years with few basic certs and no growth opp in the company due to discreet racism and bias on who goes on. But Ive been offered cloud infrastructure engineer role... in same company under a different likable management who offers more training and growth. Im 43 years old. Yes. Improve your skillset and grow. You are saying offers no growth opp, but when presented with one, it sounds like you are shying away from it.
Focus on building your cloud skills.
Means Devops Engineer = Cloud Engineer
