Does the AWS SysOps certification training include the AWS Practitioner training?
AWS SysOps is more challenging as it is at the Associate level while Cloud Practitioner is at Foundational level.

Hi all, little advise please. Ive been in cyber security 2nd line role for just over 2 years with few basic certs and no growth opp in the company due to discreet racism and bias on who goes on. But Ive been offered cloud infrastructure engineer role... in same company under a different likable management who offers more training and growth. Im 43 years old. Would it be wise to make a move to cloud infrastructure engineer role with little experience in cloud? Many thanks all. Best of luck on your career journey.
Yes. Improve your skillset and grow. You are saying offers no growth opp, but when presented with one, it sounds like you are shying away from it.

Hello! Thank you for the valuable information. Question : I'm going through Tutorial Dojo questions set, and i find that they often pick up very precise details, and it's becoming frustrating. Does that represent the reality for the actual exam? Background : i completed the Cloud Practitioner 2 years ago, zero experience in the console.
I would review the AWS SA Associate exam guide to determine the full scope of what is tested on exam.

Not sure for SA interns.
I have like 6 years in the IT industry and as of recently I have been getting sys admin roles and infrastructure roles. I'm trying to break into the cloud industry and work infrastructure through cloud and learninf Terraform for IaaC but man...its tough to even get into it. IDK if anyone had some issue with this, also keep in mind that I understand cloud infrastructure fundamentals and I already most services by memory.

I passed the exam today, there were a lot of tricky questions which you think you can find the correct answer easily on the first glance, but you will change your mind if you read the question again and think deeper which will cost you more time. Without hand-on experience, you will have difficulty to find the trick.

Great summary. I believe there are many folks out there with IT knowledge, but no AWS experience. What are some factors to look for with this background?
Build cloud skills on top of that fundamental IT knowledge.
Very informative video. I am Data Analyst / Data Engineer, working with tools like SQL, python and Tableau with no knowledge of Cloud. So, Im presuming that Cloud Practitioner would be a better option for me?

Would i need to complete the cloud practitioner before gng for ai practitoner?
Technically, you don’t have to, but if you don’t have any prior AWS knowledge, the cloud practitioner would be a better start.

If my job uses azure should I still go aws route ?
I would make an effort to learn AWS since so many businesses use AWS technologies.
I have a phone interview, but I have never spoken English to anyone, so I have two big problems, I have to prepare for the technical part, which is not easy as I can see, and I have to prepare my English. To top it off, I'm very anxious and scared, but I will face this.

Done my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification, previously was Oracle DBA, now pushing more towards cloud again but need to improve the networking skills! Would appreciate your input? as not sure if I should go down the Cloud Engineer Path or Architect? plan currently is AWS SAA C03 cert then the AWS SOA-C02.
When you say networking, you mean people networking or computer networking?
@@ThoughtfulTechyCloud Computer networking! I’ve just booked my SAA-C03 exam For end of December so something to aim for 👍 and it was discounted via the associate challenge.
Would you say I need a C.S degree or IT degree?
It’s not a hard requirement, but it would certainly help.
