This is extremely helpful. I am a convert who has been trying to sort out how to relate to materialistic psychology. I am going to listen to this multiple times

Very well done. I have had the questions in my mind for a while as a former patient of psychologists and current believer in Catholicism. I struggled to clearly articulate the questions but you managed to lay out the answers in a way that was the logical outcome of what my thoughts were leading me to.
Its that Catholicism IS the only complete world view that encompasses a spiritual and material world that makes everything complete when reality is seen through a Catholic lense. I do believe Psychology is leading people to think they are being ‘spiritual but not religious ‘ but they are trying to build a spiritual world view with materialistic means.
Science is in the genus of a materia world. Spirituality is a different genus. In a complete world view these two categories split apart, the methods of both of these diverge into different categories and so following just one path will be incomplete. Scientism ends up neglecting the spirit, and if excepted leads to fake materialistic ‘spirituality’ it is how I see many of the well meaning ‘spiritual but not religious’ being lost in the end.
    id love to learn more.
I have a friend like this, a former girlfriend actually. I was a little started when she told me she wanted to study Psychology in a university, but I couldn’t really articulate what it was about this that I thought would lead her deeper into her confusing world view. We’d talk about spiritual matters often, and so I knew her well, and I hopes she would convert one day. I just had this feeling if she went down the path of Psychology in acedemia that shed just end up deeper into all this hopeless worldiness.
Maybe I can show her these videos, or tip her off on some of these topics.

14:00 I would just add that animals’ sensitive souls also possess the four internal senses.
Thank you for the comprehensive video. That hour really flew by fast!

@Thomas-dw1nb It was difficult for me to find that, I was searching through public domain mp3 files on wiki commons for a good audio file of "Ave Maria." If you do some digging on wiki commons for it you might come across it.

Appreciate the video! You did not speak much on the purely material mental illness and what those who find themselves in that condition are expected to do and in what way God expects they live their lives… in other words… precisely how do they achieve sanctity when their biology is so to speak “forcing” this intellectual vice?

Jung was spiritual but imo fell short of God and instead was beguiled by the dionysian mysteries and didn't recognize the mysteries as the demonic force that they are.
