I been trying to get a job working in a office setting and I keep getting stuck getting these dead end food job or retail jobs, I do want to work in a office that is my dream job in business. I haven't been rejected in a office job it's just that none have called me back yet. I will keep applying for that office job and I know I will soon get it. I’m trying to find a job I can work while I’m school too and it’s absolutely horrible trying to search and find someone who is willing to work around my class schedule especially since I’m a STEM major and a lot of my time is spent studying and going to class. Is there any way to a become experienced employee of having 3 yrs of experience by spending just 1 yr in our field of work ? How can we match the experience level of people who are already there in the field before us & its more important as they themselves expect us to be knowing a lot of things..
