Thank you for your comment! To set up Voice Prompts, you’ll need to use the JBL Headphones app. Once connected, go to the settings page within the app, and you should find an option for enabling or customizing Voice Prompts. Let me know if you need more details!
Yes, I have it turned on, but then what? How exactly do you use Voice Prompts? Can I say “turn volume up”, or “skip to next song” or “play Beautiful Day” instead of using the tap functions?
Try: Open the JBL Headphones app Select the headphones you are connected to Go to Settings Select Voice Assistant Adjust the volume or turn the voice prompts on or off Managing voice prompts with the device's physical controls: For example, with the JBL Everest 300 and 700: Press and hold the ShareMe and Volume Plus buttons for about two seconds JBL Charge 5: Receive audio messages about the device's status You can also change the default voice assistant in the JBL Headphones app.
Hi, thanks for your comment. The mic on them is okay, not bad not good. In my opinion, even Apple’s ones are like I’m talking under water. These JBL ones are like I’m in a little deeper in the water talking. Hope my analogy that makes sense.
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately not for both. They don’t have in ear detection. And I believe no mono mode, listening to one while the other is in the case.
@kevinbarber1361 Hi, thanks for reaching out. I’m pleased to tell you that This model does have Mono mode. I didn’t look the description or manual-*But I did test them with my ears. When I had two out and listened to one certain instruments are muted. But when Putting one back in the case and hearing all the instruments. That means Yes! Hope this helps. Let me know your experience when you get them.
Thanks for reaching out. I assume you’ve done a manufactory reset by like in the video. If you can, try to contact JBL. Or if it’s still within return period, see if you can return them.
Thanks for reaching out. If you have already tried troubleshooting them, including checking or using another charging cable, you might have to contact the seller or JBL for possible replacement.
Thanks for commenting. One thing I wish for volume increase is to tap it twice instead of once. (But it’s the other way around.) Two is more than one that’s why, this make sense for me.
Very well explained. Thank you
Thank you for your comment. Happy this helped.
Soothing voice bro nice review
Thank you for your comment. I’ve been trying to make myself clear vocally as best I can.
Thanks. Very helpful. Do you know to set up Voice Prompts from the settings page?

Great buds, and they have an option to find them if they're lost
Is the microphone on these good?

What's the call quality like outdoors?
Hi, it’s okay. Better than some older models.
Does it have in ear detection? And single earphone mode?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately not for both. They don’t have in ear detection. And I believe no mono mode, listening to one while the other is in the case.
It does have mono with one bud, I just picked up a pair today and it says so in the manual

Edit: Never mind, it was that damn sticker.
Thanks for commenting. Yes, get those stickers out. Hope you enjoy them.
