I hope you guys enjoyed! Mallow is a reference to a character from Super Mario RPG The fossil thing is a running joke in most of my Pokemon Challenges. It was a joke I said in the first one that people really latched onto. If you've ever seen "Good for the TH-cam Algorithm" in your comments, that was from my channel's running joke. Also I have the in-game clock working in VBA. By default it's busted, but you can just check off a box in the emulator to fix it I absolutely agree, I should have used rain dance and thunder. I completely forgot that thunder becomes 100% accurate in rain I once SOMEHOW, and I still don't know how, called Gyarados "Onix". I think it was Lance's too, so it's not even like I could have thought he had Onix. The script said Gyarados, I have no idea how I messed that up, but it's a running joke now This was a fun watch man, thanks for this!

We need a sandstorm Castform, but what if we also got Castform forms for the terrains? That would be good, and if the buffed its stats a bit, it would be very competitively viable.
Sandstorm Castform would be cool as well as unlikely because sandstorms are usually very hard to predict in our world, maybe the pokemon world’s technology could allow for sandstorms to be consistently predicted😉 I have to disagree with you for the terrain forms because Castform shouldn’t really care about terrains according to the pokedex but it would be cool to have a new pokemon with such capabilities✌🏼

That's...a good point. Everything was in his favor. The only thing I did along those lines for my Mightyena only challenge in Alpha Sapphire was that I caught the Ice Fang Poochyena. I couldn't rig the game in my Simisage only challenge of Black. Why am I trying to promote myself when I don't have any video evidence?
@@Venemofthe888 you have to keep in mind though, Michael's demeanor in pokemon is a much less challenge based one. He likes to just use fun ideas that are pokemon related rather than do a run that is technically challenging. I'm similar in games, but I have an obsession of doing everything I can possibly do in them before progressing the story even if its incredibly inconvenient. I still like to make it more difficult though by adding certain other rules to it like permadeath in zelda hero mode. just makes it more interesting or I might just have an obsession for constant stress. idk.

Bruh today I learned that STAB stands for Same Type Attack Bonus. I honestly never really thought about it before and just thought it meant it hit harder like stabbing someone or something lol.
When i fist started i thought STAB meant that any move that was like stabbing something like cut had boosted power when used by a Pokémon of the same type

I mean, I'm sure that there have been jokes that you didn't get guys. Sometimes they just fly over our heads and then we get them a year later or you know, when it comes to video/tv/movie jokes, on the tenth time watching it. We've all been there (at least I have) so let's cut him some slack.
Castform is one of those Pokemon that scream "hey i need to evolve, my actual state looks like a base form to me, even some base forms have higher stats than me!" And also, Weather Ball have always had this effect of doubling its power during a weather, whatever weather it is. Like under sun it becomes a Fire type Hyper Beam without the recoil turn. Under Hail it becomes stronger than Ice Beam but Blizzard is better under that weather condition starting gen 4 (Yes Bllizzard could miss in gen 3 despite hail crushing) and in Pokemon XD, under Shadow Sky, Weather Ball became typeless with a 100 BP. Which makes it the second move after Struggle that can be typeless ingame without hacking.
@@mhx5071 before gen 4 yes, but starting gen 4, future sight damage is Psychic and benefits from STAB so i don't count it. Same for Curse which was typeless before gen 5

Hey Michael. I feel you on your favorite Pokémon with the stats. My favorite is Farfetch'd. I like it mainly because I enjoy the design, its so simplistic. Plus I like to imagine a wild Farfetch'd walking into a town, and just causing massive chaos by beating people up with his leek. Its even funnier when I imagine Galarian Farfetch'd. Just beating people up with a small tree sized leek

Technically PP Up/PP Max could've been used cause technically you use that outside battle and get more PP for Weather Ball and your other moves yet doesn't break your rules. Also best fossil is Claw Fossil. Additionally my Castform on Emerald had: Secret Power, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
Hey mike, I have an idea: play through Pokemon Platinum without evolving a single Pokemon. Here are the rules: 1. You can catch any Pokemon but can't evolve them. (even any HM mules if you hate yourself) 2. No lengendaries/mythcals (Optional) 3. You can catch any non evolving Pokemon like carnivine.

The only fully evolved Pokemon they had on their team that could evolve was Zebstrika because they caught it as a Zebstrika Sidenote; I constantly forget that Zebstrika even has a pre-evolution They also had a Druddigon but that Pokemon has no evolutionary family

Castform is one of those Pokemon that scream "hey i need to evolve, my actual state looks like a base form to me, even some base forms have higher stats than me!" And also, Weather Ball have always had this effect of doubling its power during a weather, whatever weather it is. Like under sun it becomes a Fire type Hyper Beam without the recoil turn. Under Hail it becomes stronger than Ice Beam but Blizzard is better under that weather condition starting gen 4 (Yes Bllizzard could miss in gen 3 despite hail crushing) and in Pokemon XD, under Shadow Sky, Weather Ball became typeless with a 100 BP. Which makes it the second move after Struggle that can be typeless ingame without hacking.

@@mhx5071 before gen 4 yes, but starting gen 4, future sight damage is Psychic and benefits from STAB so i don't count it. Same for Curse which was typeless before gen 5

Hey Michael. I feel you on your favorite Pokémon with the stats. My favorite is Farfetch'd. I like it mainly because I enjoy the design, its so simplistic. Plus I like to imagine a wild Farfetch'd walking into a town, and just causing massive chaos by beating people up with his leek. Its even funnier when I imagine Galarian Farfetch'd. @@laideoyewole624 I once played a Hackmons Cup battle on Pokémon Showdown and I missed every single Zap Cannon, so I can confirm that.
Technically PP Up/PP Max could've been used cause technically you use that outside battle and get more PP for Weather Ball and your other moves yet doesn't break your rules. Also best fossil is Claw Fossil.
Additionally my Castform on Emerald had: Secret Power, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam

Hey mike, I have an idea: play through Pokemon Platinum without evolving a single Pokemon. Here are the rules:
1. You can catch any Pokemon but can't evolve them. (even any HM mules if you hate yourself)
2. No lengendaries/mythcals
(Optional) 3. You can catch any non evolving Pokemon like carnivine.
how about only first evolutions of evolving pokemon because otherwise you can have Palkia or Dialga

@@Dj_Gj Basically, because of the way TPP works, someone pressing B during evolutions was inevitable and yes nobody ever evolved.
The only fully evolved Pokemon they had on their team that could evolve was Zebstrika because they caught it as a Zebstrika
Sidenote; I constantly forget that Zebstrika even has a pre-evolution
They also had a Druddigon but that Pokemon has no evolutionary family
