The artwork looks absolutely fantastic! That is a huuuge selling point for a game like this. People that like really chill games will love that. If the dungeons are cool enough for players who like a good diablo grind, you'll have a game that appeals to a huge variety of players.

I just watched the trailer on steam and the dungeons look amazing (I'm one of those players that like a good diablo grind). The only thing im still not entirely sure about is the combat. In the video it looked like the only things he can do with a sword are a wide swing and a stab, both of which looked kind of awkward and clumsy.

This is like my ideal game. Fantastic art style (love the aesthetic of the normal looking guy just trying to make a living), it looks extremely emersive, I can imagine me and my girlfriend getting lost in building our own house and farming etc...
Then when you want some action & gear, just heading out to the dungeons.
This looks very very promising, the animations and general polish looks that of an experienced studio of multiple developers. You and your mate should be super proud of yourselves!

However I think it might be good to add some impact to Trees and Rocks when hit, like a little shake.

Imagine having a first person view.
Also I wish I could fight enemies or bosses freely anywhere but the problem is it might bugged out in some places.
Weapons and armor should have an ups and downs (like this enemy will takes less damage from this or it's immune to this) and not just about it's stats damage.
If you gonna add spell it should be found in the dungeon or somewhere so it would make sense (like a book or a rune) or an npc teaching the player a very basic spell like magic missile and magic can be upgraded by a boke of tome or just by using the spells.
I like hidden rewards or finding something you shouldn't that requires parkour puzzles or just hard puzzles.
Overall it's a promising game. I already added this in my bucket list

But, I always enjoyed paying for indie games.

This is really cool to see as someone who just started learning Unity, Java, and C#. Due to covid i have too much time on my hands, and i just graduated college with computer science a few days ago. I love graphic design and creation aspects so seeing you be able to go from the clothed dude to a pretty good foundational game is really inspirational. The more I dive into unity and Textbooks, the more i'm seeing a goal for myself. So, I'm going to master the coding side and eventually have something as awesome as this! Thank you so much for posting this video!

Hey man your game looks awesome!!!, just a sugestion i think you should make nature grow as time passes(i know you said the trees would grow back) like you need to clear vegation if it gets on your house or you can't move past and area because it's over grown. Can't wait to see how this game turns out!!

You mentioned the duality of enjoying time on the island, keeping a relaxing vibe paired with the dungeon crawling aspect notable in Diablo games - this was the selling point for me. It sincerely looks great thus far!

I know you'll probably ignore me but, this seems so good for a 2/3 players game. like i would LOVE to play with my friends and build a small city in the woods with them.
I know that online multiplayer is a really big challenge but i know for sure that so many more players would be more intrested.
The art is so good, love your work.
