I like 50g for lighter keycaps and 55g for heavier ones! Sometimes I like 22mm dual stage for a snappy feedback and sometimes I choose 18mm single stage for a light start and heavier bottom out. I spring swapped my Milky Yellow's since they have too short a spring with a too heavy bottom out, for my liking! :)
For me, pole bottom-out switches feel as if the bones inside my fingers were the extension of the stem poles, and the sharp bottom-out feel is transferred through my fingers. It might sound a bit terrifying, but it's actually kinda pleasant :D
