This is pure nostalgia. Still remember watching their stuff in 2012-2014. They were so immensely popular by their hood pranks. Stealing gas, “what’s up my neighbor?” “Taking tires off of cars.” Along with Vitaly as Russian Hitman. 😂 Man, good ol’ YT days where not every single person was a prankster.

This has been the best episode so far. I know it’s hard for Roman and Britt to move past their PG or family friendly brand but it’s essential (I think) that it happens for this podcast to be successful. Reaching that 18-30 audience is what is needed imo

Seeing and hearing how Vitaly was able to turn his life around is inspiring. This episode along with the episode with Fousey are truly gems. It goes to show that not everything you see online is what's real and that people BEHIND the videos struggle too. Good to see Vitaly turn it all around. Great episode!

RomanAtwood is one of the first youtubers I had watched. Can't believe a guy who sported a punk mohawk and extreme pranks became a dedicated family man raising his several kids.

And because of how Roman turned out (a dedicated family man), I am glad I played my part in his initial success by watching tons of his videos at that time. 👍

It makes me so happy seeing Roman and his old friends again, I honestly had no clue how much they had been through and it just comforts me knowing I can relate to some of the things they had to say. I can't wait to see what the future holds for them all and I just hope the best for everybody. Thank you for helping me smile more ;)

I’m so incredibly thankful and optimistic with Roman and family being more mature with the podcast in the next chapter. Adapting the content for the same audience over time is incredibly telling about how much he cares for the audience rather than targeting the same demographic as time goes on. Not gonna lie, I was thinking "why the heck would they have Vitaly on". But after watching this, I am glad they did. It's great to hear Vitaly tell the real story about what happened and the reason it happened. Vitaly has learned from his mistakes and has changed his life bcuz of those mistakes. I just need to trust in Roman that he knows what he is doing. I was very hesitant listening to this episode. I didn't grow up watching vitaly. I'm 34, so I think I'm in the older part of the viewers. I only knew what I heard of him. I'm grateful Roman gave him a platform to tell his story. I've had my battles with addiction and you do things you never would and the guilt and self hatred you feel is always there. These topics are the kind of raw stuff I'm so down to hear more of. It's real and not some TH-camr glamorizing their lifestyles that us normal people will never understand.

Dang I wish there was more! I want to see part 2! The prn thing is definitely not a good look and doesn't help people believe that he has changed BUT I mean OF is what everyone is doing now and you can't knock someone because of that type of hustle. I do hope though that Vitaly has changed and learns that he doesn't need to do all this crazy stuff to get views and doing all that crazy stuff makes it harder to change. Everyone’s past is just that … the past. A path to redemption and recovery is always an option but like Roman said, it’s going to take time to prove it. The fact that people are willing to give you a second chance is the amazing things about friends and family and supporters.
To be honest, I grew up watching vitaly and I loved his videos. There was a time more recently leading up to his big mistake where I actually despised vitaly so much, everything he’d become and i thought he was so arrogant over confident and he seemed lost to me which was upsetting, but it’s great to see this 180 that I would’ve never expected. Proud of you vitaly and I’ll pray for you that things start moving in a positive direction.
