It is about time someone paid attention to the atrocious environment in US hospitals.

Naw, it just shows how ignorant Americans are! On average medical malpractice kills 250,000 Americans a year….crickets! White cop kills a black thug….cities burn…..smh

I had massive skin grafts on my upper thigh. They are open painful wounds. The material they use to cover them is treated with medication but the new skin grows into the material and as new layers form under it, the top layer and material dry up and flake off pain free. The plastic surgeon knew this. He didn't tell one of the physician assistants who saw the new skin adhering to the material and he peeled it off. A square ft area, no meds, I was skinned alive. The entire hospital heard me. The nurse was shaking and begging him to stop. It was horrific. No one stopped him. I was begging him to stop.

yeah this isn't surprising at all, i think most people know someone who's had a miserable or downright dangerous experience at a place you're supposed to be taken care of

Bad gall bladders run on my mother's side. I got it, too. Living "healthy" doesn't fix everything.

@@rridderbusch518 But it sure helps! Most gallstones are made of cholesterol, so if you reduce or eliminate animal products and fatty and fried foods, you can prevent problems later.

An adverse event? Is this after eating hospital food?
