This is so awesome. I know how much this means to the Kamp and the family. They know that the animals that Fred loved are going to a new home that will love them just as much as he did.

There really aren't many people who would feel so happy and honoured by a gift of crocodiles, it will be super interesting to see them get integrated into the camp

I gotta admit I’m kinda surprised that Kate is willing to have gators in the backyard… although living in Florida I guess they could be anywhere anyways! I can imagine she’s not thrilled about it though 😄 Can’t blame you one bit for wanting to help take some of Fred’s animals! I’m guessing Chandler will be taking some as well. I love the Fly River turtle, I think it’s because they look the most like a sea turtle. I’m a 36yr old stay at home mom with no reptiles but I still love being a fly on the wall at the Kamp 😊

Reading the comments, I’ve learned that no one pays attention or watches the videos. Mata mata was re-homed in September 2020. There was a long video on it. The third Fly River was moved out around the same time. There has been wild gators in the pond before. The gator pond and the big pond are two separate ponds. Not sure why everyone asks the same questions every time.

Yup, I would never risk it with young kids around. It's not like hey they'll get scratched or hurt, it means easily death.
teach kids young I’ve been handling gators since I was 4 and I’m 76 now. Only got bit around 15 times.
@@doma7109 lucky you and it's great to hear you never got seriously injured, but it still stands all it takes is one error and it's lights out. I personally wouldn't take the risk with my kids. I don't even understand the point of keeping alligators in Florida where they're abundant, it's not like it's an endangered species, they're literally everywhere.
Kate knows Kenan loved reptiles way before he loved her. lol She knows what she got herself into. Those children have the best reptile mentor they could ask for as their step father, they will be just fine. Also i'd add probably over 98% of children respect and are scared to death of alligators/crocodiles.
Kenan will be there with the kids when he lets them around the gators, he is a good owner to all his pets. And teaching the kids the right way to handle and be around them

Its just so beautiful to see such great animals got to such a great person. Really glad I have been able to grow up watching Kenan since 2014, its now 2022, this year im turning 18 and can finally legally start everuthing for my own Reptile Sanctuary and breeding facility for Mexican and South-central american species of reptiles

I think you should build an archway with a Sign on top saying Fred's Croc Corner for his crocks. Two tall poles with a thick steel plate with the lettering plasma cut out. May Fred's memory and passion live on in all of us.

Fred knew he chose the right man for the job
Kenan this is a very special honor. Fred knew how well you loved your animals, other animals an took care of them. You talked all the time about one of your other favorite animals, the crocodilians. Setting up your own pond. So he left you some of his to take care of and now you can start off with his animals first. That’s such a gift from a friend. This blog was really fun as usual watching you catch the turtles. It was easy this time.
Go around and do a head check on everyone as you start this project and through the project. You seem to have some escape artist. Lol!
Watching you noodling (Turtling) for your turtles 🐢 was actually neat to watch. I can't believe you found all of them. I'm sure there has to be more than 1 escapee. Great job!

More proof of turtle intelligence! With lightning speed, all the relocated turtles found the parts of the pond with the siltiest bottom and all seem to be doing a secretive reconnoiter of their new home. Love your channel, Kenan!

Man, Sophia and Leo are so incredibly lucky to have that back yard to play in! You couldn't keep me inside as a kid, and I would have loved to play in that yard!

It is always good to see the big vadagers and fly river turtles! Hopefully you can do a swim along with them in the pond since we can finally see them and how well they swim and handle their new environment.

Fred’s Gators are the perfect opportunity to put differences aside and talk it out with Kyle. Life is way to short to have issues with someone. I know if you would ask Kyle to help you move the gators he would. You could also ask him for help on building the enclosure and I am sure he has leftover building supplies you could use. Life goes so fast.

@@bhutch216 he still should reach out to him and try to solve the issues. They were good friends. I had some issues with some of my friends in the past and we resolved our issues except for one because he passed away. Life is goes by way to fast. I doubt Kenan sees all the replies but I was just trying to help
@@RawcutStudios kenan doesn’t see any of them. Tom is the ones that responds. Kyle is very wealthy because his family owns Asplundh tree service that makes $4B a year. That’s why he can afford to spending $250,000 on each of his enclosures. Kenan barely makes ends meet with TH-cam. That type of money makes him think he’s better than everyone else.
@@bhutch216 i didn’t know the whole story. It makes me question Kyle. Anyways Kyle has one hell of set up he is building and it would be cool for them to get back together. That would make some great content because Kyle struggles on TH-cam and kenan does a great job

I'm from Michigan but I see two mangrove monitors posted in Florida cregslist. Not sure how close to a black throat monitor those are. These ones have spots. Deltona area Florida is where it's posted in pets. In the pet section
This is great that Fred wanted you to take his crocks. You can tell he really loves you and trusts you with his babies like that. Will there be a chance that you can still go to Fred's and film so we can all see and share that with us? He has a great collection as well.

Exciting. These big guys in this new pond will help stir up some of that silt to get it into the filter. I would expect it to be kinda cloudy for a while then go clear. Keep posted.
