Thanks for making life easier. I kinda figured I'd have to take off that panel, but I'd of probably broken those connectors off before figuring out that they twist off. Thanks much!
Hey, thanks a lot for posting the video! I had to replace the license plate lights on my 2009 Nissan Altima... Your video and instructions were concise and detailed... I was able to replace my lights in under 30 minutes (without relying on a mechanic...)... Thanks!
Great video! My lights are flickering as well. It was originally done by the previous owner and feel more comfortable changing them after watching this!
@@SmackedCamacho you turn your headlight switch on. And your led lights could be polarity sensitive. Did you try rotating them to see if they'll turn on? As you can see in my video, 1 didn't turn on and all I did was rotate it and it turned on.
They're LEDs... They are going to flicker as they are not the right resistance for that circuit. It was designed for a normal filament bulb which has more resistance across them. To properly do LEDs, you would have to install a resister into the circuit so that the total resistance of the LED and resister are that of what the OE bulb is.
@@StayFlickin Sorry, I don't have a link. The ones I purchased have long been delisted already. It's pretty easy to just search the bulb yourself. Many sellers out there.
Were you able to put the panel back on with the same little screws. This car was way more complicated than my other cars with the lights being behind the panel
@Budget Gears yeah. Thanks though, the video was a good help, i just couldn't get the panel screwes back on there, they either wouldn't go in or fell out. I wouldn't care, but it's my fiancée's car and I'm pretty sure she'd like her panel back in place. I'll try again when the weather heats up

Cool, thanks man, i made myself all this steps and it work!!
Very helpful
thanks for the concise video. both of mine are dead, hoping it's not a fuse or something dumb.
Thank you so much! Very helpful video
Appreciate this a lot
Thank you friend!
Do you have to take that panel off
Thank you!!!
Thank you
Did you have the car on to show the flickering lights? Or was the car off
Car was off and lights turned on. The car doesn't need to be turned on to turn the lights on.
@@BudgetGears how do the lights turn on. I tried installing the led lights on the liscense plate light but they never turned on

So my lights are not working at all I tried to rotate them and nothing still also not sure what fuse to check

Which bulbs you using?
These are just some generic LED bulbs from ebay. You can usually find someone selling a bundle of 10 pieces for under $10 bucks.
@@BudgetGearsyou have a link for em?

I was able to. I do agree that this car is more complex than others. I think most of the newer cars make things more and more complicated.

@@jayceewilliams5250 i think sometimes those clips break. If one of the little legs for the clips breaks, it'll probably not hold the panel in.
