Patonga Town & Beach on the Hawkesbury river, Central Coast just north of Sydney

Patonga is a small town on the beach located just north of Sydney. It's a prime location for access to the mouth of the hawkesbury river, great for fishing enthusiasts. there are two boat ramps, a caravan park and some forms of accomodation.
The population here is about 250 people, although the phone service is not that good it's a great place to get away from it all. travel time from the heart of the city is about 1 hour and a half, and although it's only on the other side of the hawkesbury you have to drive through Gosford and come back down to get to it.
