Glad you picked up on that. She literally sneers when she speaks of that poor chap. And I did not get "in love" from her description of their relationship. Miserable person
"working well with sb" is actually a French idiom she translated to English not knowing it wasn't going to sound right. In French, it means that there's a great connection, that your relationship and your situation is working out almost perfectly and that there is no issues. I think she speaks a broken English, but at least she's trying !
Omg I'm French and I found she was very rude ! But I have seen a lot of comments saying that it is normal that it is rude, because she's French... 😒 and frankly, we're not all like that, it's not because a person is mean that everyone is like that, you should not generalize. It's like that, in every country some people are nice and others are not, and that's it 🤷🏼♀️. So do not generalize please 😬 😁.
Alana David My nan is French and she even admits that in France most people are rude so I went and experienced it for myself, not saying everyone is rude but there’s quite a lot of them.
Im French Canadian and I think that part of her "rudeness" was her struggling with the language. She mentioned that she was born and raised in France, so you can't expect her to have english down.
Ive been to france for a week and people were like this, a little bit toned down though. You have to taken on account that the visit was much longer and this is a 7:45 video so the bride probably wasn't as annoying as they made her look in this shortened version. I can see how this woman could represent the average French.
she might be rude and all but i know how it feels to go search for the perfect dress and it bad because your emotions is all over the place , so i understand why some brides can be rude because after a while you began to get stressful cause you can't find your dress.
Buying a wedding dress is not any different than buying anything else. You can't buy a penthouse in Paris for $1,000 just because that's all you're willing to pay and be rude to the real estate agent because she's not 'doing her job' and finding it for you. Being a bride does not give you a free pass to throw a tantrum because you're stressed.
C C are you a bride? Women dream about that day their entire life. So it has to be perfect. Weddings are expensive and planning is stressful. I'm getting married next month and I completely understand. She is rude, but I understand her being picky.
The problem is that she has SO MANY criteria and NO budget to back it up. If she has the money, she can get her DREAM dress. But her budget was what 900?
Sofia Hamed lol not at all you probably have a good accent because I have the exact same one as her even though i'm trying so hard to prononce things correctly, but at the same time you're scared to sound stupid if you use a fake/forced american accent and thats when your accent end up like hers (and mine)
I used to teach English before and I don't think she's "that" rude. I don't know... Maybe I'm just being too kind or maybe I got used to this attitude. My students struggled with speaking in English and that includes them saying words that they think are fine but actually sounded rude and they didn't even mean it at all.
I'm an English student , and you're absolutely right, one day i said a bed ward to my teacher and i thought it's ok , but after i realized what it was meant ahhh i steal feel shameful about it .
I agree with you. I am teaching my boyfriend english and i’m learning his language. We both struggle with trying to sound natural and worry about sounding rude. People need to have a more open mind.
It was less her words and more her attitude. Having a laundry list of super-specific demands, many of which contradicted each other ("too sparkly, too simple"), and wanting it all for super cheap was where she ran into problems. I really bristled when she was shown her dream dress & told the price & said "that's ridiculous."
I remember when I was once talking to an American person while on exchange in U.S, I said 'You people..', while referring to American people and she explained how it could sound rude to others. Of course I didn't mean it that way, so yes I agree with you.
people need to calm down. i can understand that she may need to be a little open minded but when it is YOUR wedding YOU make the decision. if you don’t like your wedding dress then don’t try and be nice and say you do, you’ll just end up miserable. she had every right to say no to the dresses she was shown
maybe there's a slight language barrier if she comes off rude. plus the music they edit in makes it so much more dramatic. it's not high stakes hahaha. she saw 3 dresses & didn't like them, we all do that when we're shopping & this is her wedding. but everyone has to up their budget if they want "the one"
Cate Rebekah there was no way that she was going to get her dream dress within the budget that she had, I am so glad that the Assistant explained that to her in no uncertain terms, did you see her face and how her attitude changed.

Most brides cry, this one smiling itself was a BIG achievement. The consultant is a saint. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I think the problem is she doesn't want to get married LOL
sara heart neither will be the guy who's paying for that dress
LMAO
Glad you picked up on that. She literally sneers when she speaks of that poor chap. And I did not get "in love" from her description of their relationship. Miserable person
"working well with sb" is actually a French idiom she translated to English not knowing it wasn't going to sound right. In French, it means that there's a great connection, that your relationship and your situation is working out almost perfectly and that there is no issues. I think she speaks a broken English, but at least she's trying !
sara heart I laughed so hard after reading this comment. Thank u
The one who's showing the dresses is so pretty 😍
Rina
Poor girl, the stress of the wedding got to her. I’m so glad she was able to open her heart and let the consultant help her
likes classy, doesn't look classy at all LOL
Clefairy you don't think? I think the dress is classy
Clefairy you right
not the dress that i was talking about haha ;) that horrid bubble gum lipstick..
Clefairy I think the lipstick would have worked better if she didn't over-line her lips so much. The dress was very pretty.
She wasn't acting very classy.
I completely agree but we are represented by this kind of person
So they generalize 😖
DISCLAIMER not all french are like that 😅
Alana David My nan is French and she even admits that in France most people are rude so I went and experienced it for myself, not saying everyone is rude but there’s quite a lot of them.
Im French Canadian and I think that part of her "rudeness" was her struggling with the language. She mentioned that she was born and raised in France, so you can't expect her to have english down.
Alana David the bride was just the perfect stereotype
Ive been to france for a week and people were like this, a little bit toned down though. You have to taken on account that the visit was much longer and this is a 7:45 video so the bride probably wasn't as annoying as they made her look in this shortened version. I can see how this woman could represent the average French.
We can gradually see the consultant get more and more annoyed. She was like your dream dress is expensive 🤣🤣😂😂
All that at 1,500?? Not gonna happen.
Cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap... Wow!
If you want a dress that specific you should design your own. Especially when you are not open minded in the slightest
“This [price] is not reasonable”
Omg, you have to pay for what you get
What a horrible young woman with a horrible attitude
How is it tooo simple but tooo sparkly
Ikr
I know that made no sense whatsoever.
Wait, the first dress Rina pulled was so perfect!! Where she saw a belt!
Who wants to marry her? Good luck to him as she is very rude
probably somebody like her LOL
To be fair, it is annoying when you feel that you aren’t being listened too😕
Christine Calvin
Too be fair, you cant go in demanding everything for nothing. The sales lady was trying to explain that to her.
To be fair, she didn't even know what she wanted lol. Something "different", wow factor ? She picked a boring dress lol
She was being listened to? The nice bridal consultant was helping her find a perfect dress with in her budget🤔
Christine Calvin bbbikkkkk.oiuuuuyyyynyyyyyyyyg
To be fair, shes French. She cant help being so full of herself
*She basically wants fabulous dress that looks expensive but cheap*
I can't stand her grrr
she might be rude and all but i know how it feels to go search for the perfect dress and it bad because your emotions is all over the place , so i understand why some brides can be rude because after a while you began to get stressful cause you can't find your dress.
People really need to get past the notion of finding the perfect dress. Doesn’t exist
Laetitia Coetzee it's not the sales assistant problem if the bride stressed ,,,,
Her accent makes the whole episode better in my opinion.
Sofia Hamed
Are you French though?
Like how do u know
Sofia Hamed lol not at all you probably have a good accent because I have the exact same one as her even though i'm trying so hard to prononce things correctly, but at the same time you're scared to sound stupid if you use a fake/forced american accent and thats when your accent end up like hers (and mine)
As a French I feel like it makes it worst
I'm French too and I feel ike she is exagerating her accent too
when you're french, the french accent simply makes you cringe overall.
Kudos to the consultant for saying it straight to the bride...
Yeah...very true....non native English speakers tend to say things which they themselves don't know are rude...
Of course I didn't mean it that way, so yes I agree with you.
people need to calm down. i can understand that she may need to be a little open minded but when it is YOUR wedding YOU make the decision. if you don’t like your wedding dress then don’t try and be nice and say you do, you’ll just end up miserable. she had every right to say no to the dresses she was shown
Cate Rebekah its not saying no, its how she was saying no. she treated the worker with such rudeness.
maybe there's a slight language barrier if she comes off rude. plus the music they edit in makes it so much more dramatic. it's not high stakes hahaha. she saw 3 dresses & didn't like them, we all do that when we're shopping & this is her wedding. but everyone has to up their budget if they want "the one"
Sydney Brooke she’s just acting extra bourgeois some French people are like that
JoelleGeneva totally makes sense lol
Cate Rebekah there was no way that she was going to get her dream dress within the budget that she had, I am so glad that the Assistant explained that to her in no uncertain terms, did you see her face and how her attitude changed.
“I have nothing to lose”
Apart from money, no, no you don’t
The sales lady did an amazing job and explained herself very well
I salute the bride consultant 😀
Is anyone going to talk about how BEAUTIFUL her dress is that she wore when she came! It’s so beautiful!
Too simple
Too sparkly
Too boring
How can a dress be all these three at one time. ....
Oh come on gurl. ....
too simple and too sparkly? arent these 2 kind of antonyms? hahah
Exo is my Life, Got it 😂😂😂😂well said
Those dark circles under the bridesmaids eyes..pretty sure they were occupational hazards😂😂😂
