I remember at dusk.
That girl and I were 17 years old.
Two young birds who wanted to leave our hometown and fly to our heart's content in the unknown sky.
I took the first morning bus from the old bus stop on the east street corner,
and left the small town where I was born and raised.
In those days,
the dusk dyed the factory smoke a pale color,
and for some reason, it made us feel sweet.
