Actually i was looking at your video instead of reading the book and to be honest it made me purchase one as i was looking to get a dehumidifier, just got it today and is up and running, so far in 2 hours i got about 500 ml ! Thank you! 🙏🏼
Thanks for your video. Very useful especially about setting at 55, confirming that it will turn off and on again if increases. Also I got the flashing freeze light on at some point so I'm glad to hear it's not a fault. I bought this model recently and probably paid much more than it was a year ago however if it stops my clothes going smelly then it's worth it. I have all our clothes in a room like a walk in space but it gets no sun and the radiator doesn't work. It's roof space room.

I read a lots of reviews that saying this type stop working after one year and the customer service of meaco is awful! So I'm a little confused what kind should I bring especially I have kids.

I am having an issue with condensation and eventual mould in two bedrooms. Is it better for me to place this dehumidifier in the hall between both rooms or have it placed in each room at different times? Thanks
I got this one but it is already Failing after 9 months not properly Removing moisture and the Auto Defrost is temperamental room temp in our House is above 20.C and Humidity is between 55-60% so in decent operating Temp. Used to be able to draw the moistiure down to 45% which i had it set at as i have asthma but now It is Frosting up and does not drop below 60% so i think the Compressor is Failing and the Filter it comes with is useless it lets some dust in which is not helped it . I also thought there customer service was somewhat patronising making out i was a 5 year old. Telling me if i clean it regularly have i set it up properly so i am throwing it away and getting another one with extended warranty so i do not have to go through there customer service.
Will this work with a smart plug? If you plug it out and plug it back in will it come back on or does it need to be switched back on with the power button?

I personally have mine in the hall "corridor" between 3 rooms and it does fill up every day. I think this idea is better than the 2nd option.

Am I correct in saying all the laundry mode does it put the fan to high speed? You can do this anyway without laundry mode?

Same here, the compressor is quite noisey on this. Fan might be quiet, compressor is not.
Mine lowered after a week or so. I don't notice it anymore.
Had the whistling in two of these, went for the platinum 12l instead and am happy

Does the water tank open for cleaning ?
Yes it does, there is a cover you can remove.
Just got one but it doesn't stay on the humidity level I want, it goes back to 70! I don' know why..
70 is the current humidity level in the room. It will slowly decrease till the number you selected
I think it even has a sleep mode
