    Hi Mr Tonmay,
I love watching your videos it's very informative and enlightening in one word outstanding. However I am in execution but not in designing. After watching your videos I am interested in disigning now. I see many are perfect in designing but not much at site but u r perfect in both design as well as at site work/construction
Before watching your videos. I was very good in RCC and weak in steel structure but after watching feel like I am more good in steel structure compared to RCC.
I request you to please give some lectures or videos in RCC structure for it's analysis design and construction.
Thanks for sharing the knowledge free of cost. It's really appreciated.
Looking forward to seeing your more n more videos.

So if beam should carry more load the mass should be more from its centroidal axial and that distanance having some limit ,if we take more distance mass from centroidal axis also the central part of beam will bukle and fail
