Beef - 1/2 Kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 11/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
ginger - 1/4 Cup
Garlic - 1/4 Cup
green chillies - 6 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 Cup
Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
Refined oil- 3/4 Cup
Lukewarm water - 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Lukewarm water - 1 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
