I think Jem is right the speed is scale for a monster truck. I have watched every vid you made so far and the truck seems to be doing what it was intended for, big jumps and big smiles a win win combination
Lots of videos of this means you are having fun! It is not too slow, its very appropriate for its size and type of vehicle. People are just spoiled with their brushless flying machines haha! Please more, great videos!

Proper family fun. I was out, last night in the UK, with my son, his son and three RC trucks at a BMX track. We have fitted very bright LED lights to them all and continued bashing in the dark. Great fun!
It looks plenty fast for its size I wouldn't want a truck that size going like my Kraton or a XMAXX you sould see if you can upgrade Carb to have low end adjustments would probably help tremendously !!!!!

The truck is awesome, the haters are just Traxxas fan boys who hate anything not Traxxas. In all honesty out of all the freakin sweet RC everything you have, this is the one I am jealous that I don't have, and the little submarine drone... But those two are hands down my favorite of your entire fleet.
It is amazingly well balanced. It might be a great idea to set up a 1/5 scale freestyle arena complete with 1/5 scale obsticles. Try for the backflip! Or even trickier, the front flip!! I'm just sayin', it seems to react exactly like a real monster truck and you can probably do all the full scale freestyle tricks...
