You seem like a chill guy. Absolutely love the snowy vibes. If at all possible it'd be great if you could mount your camera on your helmet or higher up on my jacket to let us see a little more. Not sure where you're at but seems beautiful. Keep it up and enjoy the rides to come :)
I totally agree! I put a mount on my helmet just the other day, and I am very excited to get some footage out while using it! Thanks for checking it out!
These bikes typically have a hard time starting because they set the idle too low. I turned my idle up a little bit and that made starting it and taking off from stops a lot easier. Hope this helps. Last year I used battery powered heated gloves and they worked really well but the bike definitely doesn’t like running more electricity. Even the wideband gauge I have will eventually use the battery up.
If you put #xr150l in the description of your video then you will be more likely to just reach Xr owners. Great video though! I’ll watch it a couple of times to help the algorithm send it to more people. That’s very cool that you’re in MN. I used to live in NE Minneapolis.
Yes, what Dusty said. Also make sure you... Turn on key, wait 20 seconds, put on half choke, and press push start as well as cracking throttle just a bit. Should start right up, especially after tweaking the idle air screw. Then switch to no choke after 30 seconds or so . I went up 2 sizes on main jet as well. Mine is stock minus that. I have tried lots of different combos though. Check out the TUSK hand muffs for winter... $40. I'm about to get em.
Sure beats sitting on the couch watching it snow. 💯

@@suitandtiedye you’re welcome! Thanks for the compliment! Glad to help. Your MN accent reminds me of being a kid living in NE Minneapolis.
