I think I have half one of those ! Just the gearbox a d diff and subframe it has a hydro pump where the belt pulley housing is , I'm tempted to get a 6 pot moter out of a Thames trader and make a 80 or 90 hp fordson super major ! R.
A friend is trying to find the Serial Number of his E27N Major. It has an electric start and a Magneto. He thinks its a 51 but can't validate it. I have some pictures to send you if they would help.
@@fixingfordsonsaustralia6632 Thanks, I enjoy your videos. I have two Major Diesels and may pick up an E27N after I restore a Funk Brothers 8N Conversion,
@@fixingfordsonsaustralia6632 Same here for me. My Major Diesel hauls logs and grooms the road mostly and so dependable. I plan to use the E27N to pull hay wagon rides for events here locally. Keep up the good work. I like your drag saw too. Ours are a little different but still draws crowds at our shows. They are great Living history displays.
What the ? - incredible score 😁
Looks like a Malcolm Moore. Very stout machines I’ve got a HL22 myself
Now, that will be handy !
My greatest fear is that my wife will sell everything when I die for what I told her it cost me. Good find I know it was only cheap, say no more??

The "Fodson Major E27N Tractors" facebook page has a handy Casting Codes PDF document in the files section, this will be able to help you out!
