@2:47: Filterpatrone muss mit dem kleinen Stutzen erst in die motorseitige Aufnahmebohrung gesteckt werden (Fixierung der Lage der Filterpatrone), sonst sind Relativbewegungen der Filterpatrone möglich (durch Vibrationen…) -> Verschleiß an der Filterpatrone -> schlechtere Filterwirkung -> erhöhter Motorverschleiss. Dann erst den Kunststoffdeckel montieren und mit 25 Nm anziehen!
Hi, ich war jetzt gerade extra nochmal am Fahrzeug, habe den Ölfilter rausgezogen und mir die Sache mal genauer angesehen. Ich bin der Meinung einen konisch zulaufenden Ring vor dem Loch zu sehen, der den Pin vom Filter am weiter drehen hindert wenn der Filter am Deckel hängend in das Gehäuse geschraubt wird. Der Filter positioniert sich dann selbst im Loch und sollte auf die gleiche Weise an seiner korrekten Stelle sitzen als wenn man in vorher in das Gehäuse steckt. Im Heynes findet man ebenfalls die Vorgehensweise wie von dir geschildert. Ich meine das bei früheren 1.6er HDI der Filter auch etwas anders aussah und definitiv vorher im Filtergehäuse eingsteckt werden musste um den Filter korrekt zu plazieren.
@@BlackGhost82 Hi, es ist ungleich schwerer mit dem kleinen „Pin mit O-Ring“ in die motorseitige Bohrung zu treffen, wenn man die Filterpatrone erst in den Deckel steckt und dann zusammen montiert. Erhöhte Beschädigungsgefahr der Filterpatrone, des kleinen Pins (abbrechen, ….). Es gibt andere Videos auf TH-cam, welche die korrekte Montage zeigen.
@@hapebra2080 ich hab mir grad in die hosen gemacht, weil ich am samstag öl gewechselt habe, hab den filter direkt in den "motor" gesteckt, also so wie du der meinung bist. als ich jetzt das video gesehen hab, und wie er den filter in den deckel gesteckt hat, hab ich grad bisschen weiche knie gekriegt.... aber anscheinend hab ich es ja doch richtig gemacht :)
Hello Sven, I have same model as this one E-HDi. I have a rough Idle when Start the car. But drives fine when speed increasing. So Mechanic said after check that Fuel pressor regulator valve needs to be changed or Fuel pump. Do you know where is these parts located in this model? Thank you.
Hi, I also have a relatively jerky cold run after starting, but that gets better relatively quickly when I have driven a few meters. The high pressure pump is mounted on the back of the engine on the timing belt side. The fuel pressure regulator is attached to the high pressure pump. @@BlackGhost82 Hi, Thank you for your reply. So car takes longer crank to start. Even after it's warm after some kilometers, it has still rough idle. Mechanic said sonething to do with the fuel pressor regulator solenoid valve at back of the car. Where fuel tank is. Surprisingly yestarday when I putvthe diesel and full my tank it started in just half a second and no rough idle.. Would you please advise me on this? Or any contact number I can contact on?
@@kunj035 Diagnosing from a distance is always difficult. Unfortunately, I can only make objections. Did your mechanic check the actual and target values of the sensors? For example, the pressure in the rail of the injection? Does it start poorly after a long standstill or after a short one? It could also be that the fuel lines are not properly sealed and can draw air into the system. It then has to be pushed out of the system each time it starts, which may take longer. But if your mechanic is even guessing, you may want to find someone who can make a correct diagnosis.
@@BlackGhost82 Hi It starts poorly after long standstill. And mechanic checked and there is no fault code. Ibjust hope it's not fuel pump or bad fuel tank.

Check out my video on changing the fuel filter on the same engine, there I show how to vent the system with the small pump on the filter housing. Your engine may start better after a long period of inactivity if you bleed your fuel system beforehand with this pump. Then nothing could be defective, just a leak and air enters the system.

Kanister schütteln ist kein muss, aber schlecht wird es vermutlich nicht sein, ein wenig für das Schrauber Gewissen.
Super erklärt. Bei mir ist das so eingestellt, dass ich alle 10.000 KM zur Wartung soll.
bei mir sogar nur 2000km also irgendwie bissel zu kurz .
