I've tried to apply but the only hurdle I had was the fees. It was 35000-40000 pounds per year for international students.

The most difficult part of the application process is the interview. Without an offer no matter how well you do in your exams it becomes irrelevant. 😢
It's a safe bet that none of these Indian students will be returning back to India to practice.😂

UK doctors' aspiration: to work for the NHS and provide health care for the people of Britain.
Indian doctors' aspiration: to work for the NHS and provide health care for the people of Britain.
And Indian government aspiration: to create entrance exams like neet which fails to recognise students the passion of becoming a doctor.
Uses doctors as cheap labour and all the advantages are taken by our institutions, various illiterate politicians involved in it too. Many doctors in India are underpaid.
Going from rigorous preparation of cracking neet to training in med uni for legit 4 years but still, getting pushed and harassed by relatives of old hags, who died because of his age. So no protection is provided to doctors.
After so much money and effort, these are few among various ways how doctors are treated in india

I am Dr. Ishita Mondal, MBBS graduate in the year of 2020 from India.
Currently I am working as a Resident Medical Officer in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I will be moving to London in August’22.
In parallel, I am planning to appear for PLAB (Part A) examination in 2023 and taking preparation for the same. I have few queries regarding PLAB and GMC to start my career at UK (London).
It would be really helpful, if you can kindly clarify the queries below:
• Can I work having dependent VISA as a doctor in London, whereas my husband will be holding ICT Tier2 skilled work VISA (LT)

If I understand your question correctly, then you want to know about internships and job opportunities which are available in Germany, yes these are usually easier to find than they are in UK for instance. Europe in general would be easier and German universities help you with the process as well
