Here's my tutorial of sorts on How to put real eyelashes on dolls using False Eyelashes to get the rooted eyelashes effect! :)

I know this is an old video but if you let the glue dry a little on the base of the lash before applying (like a minute) the glue will become more tacky instead of wet and it should immediately stick and you won't have to worry about holding the lashes in place to dry.

You said you don't know why you're doing a tutorial because it's so easy-you're doing it for people like me who aren't entirely certain on the process and like to watch/do to learn. So, thank you for your time.
I think your "Apple" doll had the best result and she looks fantastic. I'm hoping that when I finish my barbie repaint it'll make her eyes "pop" more. Real(ish) lashes on the dolls also create natural shadows and really improve the overall look of the dolls, especially in photos and videos (in my opinion).
I love it! Now I know what to do with my "crate" of eyelashes, leftover from my cosplay days!

Can you do a video on re braiding Anna's hair? I'm stupid for this but I un did her braids and now it's so hard to get back because her hair is messy and weavy. I have the disney store classic anna.

It's better to use the glue that provided for false eyelashes, using other glue like superglue is not really recommended. Glue for eyelashes will dry out and merely see the glue effect, but superglue will see the glue that sticks on the doll's eyelashes.
Besides, you could try to curve(?) the false eyelashes by holding both the edges of the lashes and curl the tips of lashes using finger as well (by not using mascara) before you glue them to the dolls,it should make the lashes looks more natural. Or they will look heavy and straight…

Looks great on the MH and EAH dolls because their faces are larger...personally I would trim Anna ans Elsa's lashed because they stick out too much...just my opinion.
I don't love the look of the lashes on the Frozen dolls, but thanks for this tutorial!

i know this video is pretty old but to anyone who has tried this: does the removal of the lashes take off the face paint? i wanna give my dolls lashes but i’m concerned that if i decide to remove them later on, they’ll ruin the doll’s face.
It may depend on the type of glue you use. But I haven't ran into that issue. I usually just use the glue that comes with the lashes since they are designed to be used on Human skin so they are not too strong. And you can just peel it off if you change your mind. Some of the lashes on my dolls, would just naturally fall off after about a year or two when the glue gets dried. and doesn't effect the facepaint. :) Hope this helps!

Hi, I am sorry if I missed it but what type of glue did you use? I see some use eyelash glue, is that strong enough or will it fall off?
I just used the glue that came with the lashes.

+Shannen Jasmin use the glue for fake nails it's really strong. It comes in the pakage of fake nails. I used it to fix a bunch of stuff.

Superglue isn't always the best idea because it can mess up everything and the glue for fake nails is usually pretty similar to superglue. The biggest problem is the quality of the superglue because some cause a white-ish shadow after a couple days and you can't remove that because it's caused by the clues solvent. Lash glue holds very long but it depends on how you handle the doll and since you say you already messed the surface with superglue it might be complicated to apply them but if you use two toothpicks to hold the end while they dry it will probably come up with a good result. Lash glue usually doesn't fall off that easy and when you don't touch it always it will last! You may do some research in the internet to find some recommandations about lash glue because every country has different types and standards when it comes to cosmetics.
