My favorite dessert is to take a Fiber One chocolate brownie, pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds, then take a Healthy Choice chocolate ice cream bar from Sam's, cut it off the stick onto the plate for a 4 point cake and ice cream treat. YUM.
That’s incredible- as someone who’s been on a weight loss journey for a few years now I know the hard work you have to put in! I still have 10-15 pounds to go and seem to be at a standstill these days. I have chronic pain so I am trying to walk a little longer each day and tracking my food again past few months. Fingers crossed I receive the success you have !!! Bravo 🎉
Thank you for this. I just started WW because Keto just doesn't work with menopause gain or teaching exercise classes and it worried me all the time breaking out of ketosis accidentally. I've stopped the weight gain in it's tracks already in one week. I believe WW will accommodate the energy food I need for my classes, and looking forward to losing the 20 lbs. I've gained.
I just discovered at the Peanut Butter Crispy Rice Bites Trader Joe’s. It’s basically a rice crispy treat made with peanut butter and topped with chocolate. They are 3 points but so good if you just really need something chocolate and crispy. I will also get the individual 4oz unsweetened applesauce from my local supermarket brand and then freeze them. It’s like an Italian ice type dessert and it’s 0 points. It also takes a while to eat because it’s frozen. So I feel like I’m eating a lot.
I just started a hard reset on WW.. I just love your video”s! My biggest problem is not having my kitchen stocked, you gave me some really good ideas .. you’re the Best!! And your house is Beautiful. Keep up the good work!
I love that you crave fruity candy. I lost it yesterday and had a small package of twizzlers. it was the best I could do and I paid more for the small pack than the pack for double the size. I can't be held accountable unless I get individual servings. It is something I know about myself! Okay, I also had a tootsie pop. Being insulin resistant, these are real no-no's, I got that holiday overconfidence that holiday calories/ points don't really count. Yes, I had ice cream as well! Today, I am back in the groove, gotta let those slip ups go, every day is a new slate. Thanks for the ideas for snacks! Hilarious that you put "love corn" into its own category, that is dedication!
Thanks for the great info Nikki! According to the WW app, the Ezekiel Sesame is only 1 point for 1 slice and 3 for 2. You must try Barebells Birthday Cake bar and Skinny Dipped Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups! They are awesome! The Quest Mini Peanut Butter Cups are great too. Love you and Adam!! ❤❤❤
I have been following you and was curious about you and hubby weight loss because looking at you two we would’ve never guessed you two struggled with weight. I don’t miss a nursery hall that you do thank you for taking the time to share
Thanks, Nikki! So helpful! Could you do a video about what you eat when you're sick? I find I get into a routine then get a cold and I can't handle all the protein/want carbs and have to start all over again. Any wisdom you have to share would be great! Thanks!
Nice video and some suggestions that I can use in my WOE! But I think it’s good to mention that I follow the diabetic plan and a lot of your zero pt foods have points for those of us following that plan
Recently, I found a box of the Jalapeno Honey chicken sticks at Walmart on the clearance aisle for 50 cents a piece. I bought all 16 of them!! I really like them with reduced fat or hint of salt Wheat Thins and grapes and sometimes add a low fat cheese stick. The grilled chicken breasts from Sam's are very good too. They make the perfect mock Applebee's oriental chicken salad.
Thank you for doing this! It’s super helpful. I found a cereal at Target the other day called Eat Your Mouth Off by Kellogg. It’s 3 pts for 1 1/4 cups! Tasty too. We got the chocolate one
I love the look of your kitchen! Great colors. I enjoy the Mighty Spark chicken sticks and love to take them on long bike rides. I’m also a fan of the That’s It mini fruit bars.
Loving your videos..... I am Canadian, living obviously in Canada. However, we are recently spending ou r winters in Florida. First time last year, 2023/24. Heading back in October 24. So, I am glad to hear of all the items on your 30 list, available in the USA. We do NOT have Trader Joes in Canada. Regardless, I am impressed with the items available in the USA whether it be TJ or Walmart or Aldi. Crazy question, How many points are you allowed on YOUR weight loss journey? Mine are 23 points. I try to eat 0 all day so I can at least enjoy at glass or 2 of wine. I take it you do not drink. We have a 9% alcohol wine here (from NZ) that is low in points. Just want to know if you were able to lose all that weight without drinking any alcohol. I have lost 15+lbs but still enjoy my wine.
Can I suggest a video of your non food must haves, favorites or helpful items. I first joined weight watchers like 10 years ago and I’m sure there’s a bunch of things I cannot remember.
I seriously wish quest would get 15packs of the salted caramel in Sam’s club!!! I usually order a 12 pack off Amazon but they coming as 3 four packs! Also I never liked barebells until I tried that peanut caramel bar && omg it’s LITERALLYYYYY a snickers!!! It’s so stinkin good!!! I also really need to try that chicken from sams!
I love all of your ideas! But can you help me. I am 64 and have been to WW meetings, I now have the app but I still never stick. I want to learn because I have gained weight with age. How did you figure menus! I do go to the store and scan but I can never put meals together for the day. Any help would be grateful. Thank you again for all the great food!
Do you scroll towards the bottom of the WW app for recipes. You can even type in chicken or whatever and those recipes pop up. Nikki has lots of good lunch recipes but some other you tubers do full on simple dinners
@@angelamcpherson8283 I do see the recipes and I love watching Nikki. My problem is the daily menu's, I get stuck after a little while and just quit. I just need to find a bunch of foods that I like and make weekly menus. I don't know why it seems so hard for me. Thank you for your help.

You can also plan for one or two higher point meals per week to break up the monotony and have something to look forward to. Always keep zero point foods handy. It’s a learning curve for sure. Good luck!
@@hiyellagal Thank you! I am going to try that. I am so stuck on finding foods with the right points and scanning everything I just give up. This might just work! Thank you again.

Bolthouse Farms dill pickle ranch is my low point replacement for tartar sauce. So good.

I love to make a yogurt bowl and top it with a chocolate pb2 sauce. My version of an ice cream sundae!
Light laughing cow cheese is great spread on celery! I'm also enjoying lunchmeat wrapped around dill pickle for snacks. Thanks for sharing!
I use laughing cow and center cut bacon to make jalapeno popers so good.
I’m going to try the dill pickle and lunch meat combo to change things up

Great job, Nicki! Great suggestions! I would add imitation crab to your list. Love it in bowls, tacos.
Queso at Walmart for sure, sometimes at Woodman’s. Tostitos brand-1 point for 2 Tablespoons!!
I recently tried that Barilla proteon pasta, and i was surprised at how good it was!
