Welcome to our world. I also took dates to the climbing gym. I then went on one outside the gym and I can’t recommend that. Climbing dates are better. You learn more about the other person by pushing outside the comfort zone. 😂 In the beginning you can build a lot of upper body strength just by climbing. However, after some years, that changed for me and I recently created a calisthenics workout for myself. (I like to think that my climbing technique got too good and thus I use too little strength now to train it effectively by climbing alone. 😅)
