I have a 08 pathfinder that uses a communication line that sends a signal to the bcm the bcm reverses polarity. Can I use the relays to go straight to the driver door lock actuator. And will that interfere with the bcm?
Do the last wires lock, unlock go directly to the car wiring actuators?

Would I need to make these relays for a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado? I looked up the wiring diagram and it says that the unlock and lock are positive.
it's a five wire system But you can buy a bypass module for under $30 to make you life easier the part is xk01

So how do you know if your system needs which polarity.? I looked up the wiring diagram for my vehicle and all my door wires are labeled as negative. The door trigger, the door unlock and lock and the trunk trigger are all negative on my wiring sheet for my car. But next to the power unlock line on the diagram it says “High energy locks, use relay to trigger”. On my factory system if I press unlock once it unlocks the driver door and pressed again it unlocks the rest, I’d like to retain that feature, is that possible. My aftermarket alarm has a pink wire for 2 step door unlock.

Probably late for you two but anyone else looking for this, the way you do it is 85 and 86 on relay go to 12v and the negative trigger from the security system. Then 87 goes to ground and 30 goes to door lock wire.
Its the exact same set up this video shows, except instead of sending 12v to the door lock system through pins 30 and 87, you send GND to the system.

Wait, so the green and blue wires from the brain, which wires did you solder to the negative lock pulse wire, - unlock, and trunk release?
(-) Green (Lock) from brain to relay 85 trigger Relay #1 Right relay
(-) Blue (Unlock) from brain to relay 85 trigger Relay #2 Middle relay
(-) Pink (Trunk release) from brain to relay 85 trigger Relay#3 Left relay
