    Really grateful for this information. My daughter swims around 1500 m daily. I was starting to get worried about her shoulders because she is a strong and purposeful swimmer. I am too in the pool with her but obviously cannot keep up with her. Watching her gets me worried sometimes. But this video and others by you has lifted my spirits so thankyou once again.
    Frankly just got to here these words from you. Resistance training and core strength otherwise we doing fine with technique. These fine points we get from you is like icing on the cake.

    An updated EVF video would be great, also one on flutter kick and body/hip rotation in freestyle. This channel is great, thank you :)

    10:06 - - @MySwimPro - it is good to keep fingers like this guy ? or keep them thight together ? answear please

    • @FaresKsebati
      @FaresKsebati  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You actually pull more water with your fingers slightly separated! As your hand moves through the water, the layer of water around your hands and between your fingers moves as well, increasing the surface area of your hand!

    What's the best stroke for delts?

    • @FaresKsebati
      @FaresKsebati  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Every stroke uses your deltoid muscles! Probably freestyle and butterfly a little more, however.

    • @ncaviationfilms
      @ncaviationfilms ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely Butterfly as number 1
