Stacking Mexico Libertad Silver Coin | Collection Complete!

- Once I touched my first 1 oz Silver LIBERTAD coin from banco de mexico, I went on a quest to collect ALL of the Mexican Libertad coins from 1982 thru 2022. I found rarer mintages, such as 1989 and 1998. As a collector, its more than stacking bullion to me. I'm drawn to the numismatic value of these coins... and the photography as well. These are beautiful coins, and I'm glad to share my completed set of Libertads with you.

Completed the album with two 1998 1oz as well, one toned, the other likely to grade a MS68.
So we're in the same boat;
all but the 1991 Type II
( _I still need that one_ )
Yours are in superb condition.
I also have 2020 NGC slabbed Reverse PF70, 2021 RP & 2022 RP, 2020 2oz RP.
2015, 2019, 2020, 2021, & 2022 Proofs.
I may pick up one of those Banco de Mexico unopened Bankroll someday.

Excellent collecting goal reached, wow! I like that you talked about the type 1 and 2, as well as the lower mintages. I have mostly proof Libertads and not many business strike coins. That gold 2020 Libertad is amazing...talk about low mintage!

I knew it was gonna hurt, but it also feels so good to have that coin in my possession. I continue to appreciate it more-and-more each day as my knowledge grows as a coin collector.

Yes, the 1998s, 1997, 1999, and 2006 were particularly painful to acquire. Keep searching for them, though. It's so satisfying to eventually find them.
Dang dude impressive! Love the libertads. Mexican coinage in general are my favorite outside of the U.S. Do you have or are you planning on collecting any of the older silver? For example pillar dollars, bust dollars, cap and rays etc? I am putting together a type set of them currently. Anyhow, new sub here bud, not sure why I wasn't before. I've posted a ton of my stuff in the past on my channel. Thanks for sharing

When is the 2023 coming out?
Rumor is that they're coming out in later September of this month.
What is the big thing about toning ? To me that is retarded that toning will add a value to a round. I have been buying used silver bars and rounds and coins from a plastic tray at my metal dealers. Its scratched dented and has tarnish on them ... I remove the tarnish with the electrolysis method and they look really much better with out the tarnish. I just bought 2 Libertads and a Australian 2 dollar year of the dog coin and a Canadian PMX 1 oz silver bar. All for bullion weight + the regular premium for silver ... no *collector* value added. Always buy silver out of the bargain bin.
The bargain bin definitely has good silver value at times. At the end of the day, you just have to stick to your style of stacking. Thanks for your comments, Brian!
if it doesn't haver a face value it is a round.
Banco de Mexico does not place a face value on their coins.
