If anyone wants to know how to remove the pen buttons, but the way I did it can damage or even break your pen so beware. So what you have to do it remove the pen cap which is the area of the pen from where the line is to the tip. You have to do this with shear force. Then you'll see the components inside the pen. Pull that out then use a toothpick or something to pry out the buttons on the pen, from the inside. Do not mess with the components.
EB3K what id do is get a pencil grip thats T H I C C and cutout the inside of the pencil grip enough so it wont touch the buttons and you dont have to worry about having buttons/empty space while holding the pen.

Cameron Thomas try first deleting them then installing new drivers. At least I ve been suffering from freezes like every 5 mins and there havent been any freeze since installing those drivers.

Bought this tablet for digital art, because I had never heard of osu and I saw it was more sensitive then the 420 and I have to say... it works amazing for digital art as well! The pen is nice and it picks up even finer movemnt very easily
This is a big help. I ordered this tablet 2 days ago and it's arriving in about 8am-12pm or more hours. It's 12 am where I'm at. I sleep for bout 10, less, or more each day.

i use my tablet (same model shown in the video) for drawing and yesterday it just stoped working and now if i press really hard on the tablet with the pen it will catch it a bit but still i dont know what to do and the companys (xp pen) workers arent responding is there something i can do?
I have to monitors and when I play osu I can only use half of the tablet because it thinks I can still travel my curser to my other monitor. Is there a way to lock the pen to one monitor?

Samii Playz the tablet is alot better then the huion. The tablet is thin but it's still sturdy. The huion breaks to a lot of people in only some months. The pen has no battery for xp pen but the huion usually runs out of battery. Most people have a low lifetime with the huion.
i've been using this tablet for about 1 year and i have no problems with it , (i don't have that patch of different color on the tablet since i mostly hover but i have nothing bad to say about the tablet , it helped me get to 4.7kpp (13k rank at this time) in one year.

Ah I think youre right. But the thing is, the product page says 220 RPS with parenthesis on the right saying (revolutions per second). I think the people thought used that since it can be said that that’s how fast the tablet detects the pen, meaning it’ll be in hertz. Hz is cycle per second and I guess cycle can be a revolution. I’m not sure. It’s just them
you just have to disable the pen buttons for them to not freeze the game. i had the same problem on my wacom intuos, i just deleted the button functions from the drivers
Is this a tablet XP Pen G430S - B? I bought such model soon and I am struggling a lot with the pen, so I am looking for ways to get to know the model. The model is similar, if not same, but I dont have a window for the drivers like the shown in the video. When installing the drivers, it had only the option to install them. The tablet and the pen started working right away, but the pen is very fast and sensitive, can`t control it. Holding the pen in the air above the tablet is enough for them to work, it doesn`t even need to touch the tablet so that it could work.I don`t see any buttons on the tablet so that changes are possible, clicking the pen also doesnt change anything. I would highly appreciate if someone reads and helps me! Thanks!
i have a problem where the pen pressure is at like 500 or greater when I hover over the tablet, causing the device to constantly have left click held down when in use, does anyone know a fix to this? I have the latest drivers, and messing with the click sensitivity graph does not help.
just got this tablet 4 days ago. one problem I had with it is when I restart or turn off my computer, the drivers wont open for some reason and my tablet area gets reset. I've been constantly uninstalling and installing the drivers just to open the drivers. anyone has the same problem or solution for this?
I started with the Huion 420, first the cord quit working perfectly and then the pen snapped in half (after 2 years of hard use). I got the xp pen back in December, well worth it xD

Today you can download an extra osu driver on their site. You can also disable the left click with the pen and pressing the buttons wont freeze it anymore
I have an xp-pen but mine is 5x6. It works well but what threw me off when i first got it was the absolute tracking of the tablet. Where you are on the tablet is where you'll be on the screen. So i had to relearn how to play and up my accuracy. It took about a week before i was able to jump across the screen and play well again. I'm also a lefty so i had to switch from clicking with my left to my right hand which i used previously for scrolling. Also do you have any tips for holding the pen better so it doesn't slide from my fingers in the middle of a song?
i had only used this tablet for 10 hours since it arrived and when i first plugged it in and now i had setup my area and sensitivity all through some excruciating test and i have gotten pretty good at getting used to the tablet if i keep grinding it up :D
Screen ratio doesn't work properly on it, you can measure that with a ruler. Driver thinks we have 9"*5,75" tablet but for G430 it's 4"*3", in reality it gives us 3:2 screen ratio. That's how I set proper tablet area for 16:9 screen ratio: x:1,777=y x*2,24=Dx y*1,92=Dy X and Y is the real width and height of the area on the tablet in centimeters. The maximum width for G430 is 10,2cm, so 10,2cm:1,777=5,74cm and that's the maximum height for 16:9 screen ratio. Dx and Dy is width and height that you put in tablet driver in centimeters. 10,2cm*2,24=22,85cm and 5,74cm*1,92=11,02cm, so if you put 22,85cm in width and 11,02cm in height you will get the maximum possible tablet area for 16:9 screen ratio.
ok im left handed and for me it really does not work because of the thicker part on the left where I have my hand which makes it really uncomfortable to handle. plus I dont like the grip of the pen, I alsways slip but maybe that is because I have sweaty hands.
I'm kinda late but I just got that same tablet a few days ago and I've been playing on it and started to have the black spots in the middle of the tablet. Does that black spot affect the gameplay? Like sometimes I feel like it's getting slippery or something.
Nice video! I have a couple questions. How long is the cable? Also, how's the lift distance? The Huion 420 has a pretty abysmal lift distance...I ended up removing the nib to get some extra space.
White Homo Sapien its pretty much the same except g540 has bigger area, more bulky, and a tad bit more expensive. I feel the g640 is a lot closer to g430. But g430 is my favorite since it's cheap and good enough for most people since they don't use the full area.
yeah, my huion broke after 4 months. I got lucky with one of the good Huions I guess, but the little pressure sensor broke and I fixed it with super glue (which worked) and two days later the same thing broke but from both sides, and it snapped both the cables connecting it to the circuit board. xp-pen it is :)
Uhhh. i can't actually put the pen on the tab. Ik will have a right-click on. I know it's obvious. But i can't turn it off in the settings. It is really annoying. I need to hold the pen above the tablet instead of On the tablet. Somebody please help
If youre saying the tip cant be disabled, press f10 in osu to disable mouse buttons. The buttons should be disable -able. If not, did you install the software?

the cable not being detachable is literally the only issue i have with this tablet. thin but sturdy, well designed, great texture.
The latest drivers (22nd of September) fix this freezes. It helped for me at least.

theres a rotation option where it rotates everything into certain angles. So yeah there is basically a left hand mode

My fix was to rotate the pen, no hassle
i think its the driver, i uninstalled mine and it didnt happen anymore
When I used mines I messed with some settings on osu and mines just goes to the top left when I all ways use it
Never tried prying out the side buttons, i might do that, but i have adjusted my grip so i hold it and avoid the buttons. But i might remove them

Pentablet --> PentabletService (this will have to do every time you connect your tablet). This is better than reinstalling the drivers each time

The Gaaks you probably have to pull the buttons out

Yesto passive pen means its batteryless. There is no battery in it in the first place. They probably work by using some kind of electromagnetic crap
