    Longfellow is an amazing neighborhood! Thank you for pointing out the rebuilding that has been taking place around Lake & Minnehaha. Though there is more to go, there has been a lot of progress!

    Great videos! Have you done a video of Crystal? I have a job possibility in the near area, which requires me to use the Crystal airport. Information of the area would be great

      We have not done a video on Crystal yet, but definitely will eventually! The Crystal airport is quite small. Depending on where you’re flying from most people would probably fly to MSP and drive to Crystal, as it’s maybe a 30 minute drive.

      @@ToTheTwinCities Small corporate aircraft, they have a designated hanger there where I will fly into. I saw some condos at the end of the runway near a wildlife preserve. The price is right, just wondering about the amenities and neighbourhoods, very convenient to be so close to the airport for work.

    Hey Jesse
    I am a Shakopee home owner and am looking to relocate. Can you tell me what the median single family home cost is in Lakeville? Ive enjoyed your channel, thanks for the content!

      Hey Jeff! Glad you’ve been enjoying our videos! I just looked it up and the median single family home price in Lakeville is $451k. There are pockets where you can find nice home’s for closer to $350k, and the amount of new builds is absolutely bringing that median up! Let us know if we can help!

    Thinking about moving here. That area of “46th avenue and 36th ST, “ what’s the median price?

    • @ToTheTwinCities
      @ToTheTwinCities  ปีที่แล้ว

      My guess would be median lands somewhere around $350-$400k there! Might be able to find a two bedroom for closer to $300k, and could probably get a very clean and moderately updated house for $500k or so.

      @@ToTheTwinCities that’s affordable, and then I look at some of the houses close to the parks to the east, and it said $750-1 million on these houses…

    • @ToTheTwinCities

      @thummie6372 there are definitely some incredible homes, and the closer to the river you get, the more pricey/impressive it gets!

      Longfellow “Community” is the entire area east of Hiawatha. Longfellow Ward is a smaller area within that. Each official community is made up of several smaller neighborhoods. IE: Central Minneapolis the official community is what most people consider “downtown” but there is also a smaller neighborhood south of 94 and east of 35 called Central that is in the Powderhorn Community.
      I appreciate you trying to keep us in check though.
