Thanks for watching friends! If you enjoyed this Virtual Tour of Linden Hills in Minneapolis, be sure to check out our video on the Northeast neighborhood in Minneapolis! See the link below: th-cam.com/video/KhrgrDCCcKs/w-d-xo.html
Linden Hills has some fantastic restaurants - Martina, Tilia, Rosalia etc. For those into a little more upscale dining, that's still accessible, it is a fabulous area. And I love how there are even more options nearby at 50th and France. Ah, love Linden Hills! We have searched there, but inventory is always relatively low.
I appreciate the walk & talk, because it gives you the sounds of the neighborhood! We were surprised at how much air traffic noise there was in many of the desirable neighborhoods and it definitely changed our minds about where to look. Another great video, guys! 👍🏻
I have a job offer in linden hills area but I'm just an RN. Probably won't be able to buy there specifically and will need to rent first. Thank you so much ur videos have been so helpful
It’d be awesome if you could include a map early on in the video! It could literally be a screenshot of google maps lol but I notice I always pause your videos to go look up the neighborhood on a map (I’m even from Minnesota but not that familiar with the cities!) and honestly sometimes that means I forget to come back to the video :)
Great video, nice to see two houses I lived at, where I got my first kiss, my first fight, and where I met my first wife ( maybe not). Great video anyway.
We have videos on both Eden prairie and Edina! Edina: th-cam.com/video/SpQtWrpsPHE/w-d-xo.html Morningside Edina: th-cam.com/video/wBjv72daWY4/w-d-xo.html Eden Prairie: th-cam.com/video/qaB8LzG8_lM/w-d-xo.html Eden Prairie: th-cam.com/video/BIjbsI6E9D0/w-d-xo.html
Can you explain how is Linden Hills vs Lowry Hills East? 😅 am from Chicago IL thinking about relocating. I am from the Lincoln Park/East Lakeview area and I’m looking for a comparable place to live the same kinda vibe.
Great tour! Definitely an area I am interested in for the future. Would you consider Fulton and Linden Hills distinct neighborhoods or are they virtually one?
Thank you!! A great neighborhood for sure! The two are a little different, but your lifestyle would not change very much at all between the two, and most of our clients who are considering linden hills are considering Fulton as well!
Almost all of the twin cities metro would be within 30 minutes of Linden Hills, except for the eastern and northern edges. You very well may be able to find a great rental in Linden Hills for under $1500, otherwise uptown will have a lot of rental options, Saint Louis park is close by with a solid rental market, but again, you have a LOT of options within a reasonable commute.
You’ll find Linden Hills is extremely quiet. Here is a crime map: www.minneapolismn.gov/resident-services/public-safety/police-public-safety/crime-maps-dashboards/crime-locations-map/

Come on bro how can you leave out the north side we gotta show them the good and the bad in Minnesota don’t sugarcoat nothing
I would like to see more of the area, and less of you walking and talking.
We started making experience videos for this exact purpose! Check those out!
