I love Arbys! great content. I'm going to watch all your videos because I'm looking for my forever home. I currently live in NC but I want to move somewhere where it gets colder in the winters. I grew up in NY so cold weather doesn't bother me.
Thanks, i am looking for Parks, where Dogs are allowed to be "may off Leash". Like the Purgatory Park oder the Jidina Park in Minnetonka... (However, i don't mean the typical Dog Parks)... 😅
My mom and I are thinking about moving back to Minnesota. We lived there 10+ years ago. My mother is in the healthcare industry and I'm in the educational field but contemplating if I want to continue in the educational field or go into tech. How are tech companies in Minnesota? Also, we're looking into townhomes, spacious, and prefer a 3 bedroom set up as each person has their own area or side (if that makes sense).
Would be happy to have you back! As far as healthcare goes, Im sure you already know MN is ranked at the top of the charts for that with companies like United Health Group, Mayo Clinic and Medtronic. As far as tech goes, MN is also a great place. I read an article that tech is about 9% of MN's economy. I think our presence in the tech field is actually growing, but I'm not completely sure. Shoot me an email and we can talk a little more about what it is you're looking for! BrandonArchie@kw.com
Hi Brandon... Relocating to MN. First time there. Looking at buying a house. The areas are Morris, Warren, Walnut Grove and Austin. Would you tell me a little about these areas? Thanks Phyllis😅
Not going to lie to you. I don't know anything at all about Roseau other than its 15 minutes from the Canadian border. I would assume its a very small town where everyone knows each other. Surrounded by wilderness.
Ive lived here in maple Grove since I was 10 and I love the parks especially weaver I recognized it in the first few seconds but I have to say it's not a good place for young adults especially since they put a road through arbor lakes It's truly only for the nuclear family and if you aren't of the nuclear family it's not good It's expensive and requires a car to get places and there's only chain restaurants and stores It feels very corporate and the best way to say it is white
I was actually just talking about this last weekend about the restaurants in Maple Grove. All of the smaller places are closing and being replaced by banks and car washes. Broadway pizza closing a few weeks ago definitely hurt.
Awesome content. I just subscribed. Twin cities is a possible relocation destination for me. Little concern about the lack of nightlife there(not the party animal by no means)I’m single middle class guy. Are twin cities good for singles? Thanks, keep up the great work👍
Appreciate it! How old are you and what kind of nightlife are you referring to? If you’re talking about going out to a club and dancing then I would say our downtown and uptown definitely aren’t what they used to be, but I also wouldn’t know what it’s like now because that’s not my scene anymore… If you’re looking to just get out have some drinks and socialize then I would say it’s definitely a great place. We have so many breweries and bars that you can go pretty much anywhere by yourself and meet people! I’ve done it 🤣
@@kadeh14 perfect timing! I’ll be talking about Saint Louis park a little bit in my video next week. This week I’ll be covering Edina which borders Saint Louis Park!
Live in Savage and I claim it as the best area. Only 10 to 15 minutes from international Airport, MOA, MN zoo, etc. Maple Grove is too far from most things
I would say it would depend on what's most important to you. I was in Lakeville today and the south metro is really developing. So much new construction going on right now out there. They have some really nice homes!

Thank you! I’ve had a few people call me from NC lately. Come on up. Would be happy to help you!
Excellent video- I love my suburb of Maple Grove!
Thank you!!

Looks beautiful when there is not any snow around.
Oh you had me at Target! 😂
But I like it. I may look there as well.
🤣. Maple grove is the best.
Hey! I live in Maple Grove, as well.
Nice! What do you like best about it?
so yes... I like Maple Grove )

Off the top of my head I don’t know of any that aren’t regular dog parks but I can do some research!

Please review Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Crystal, New Hope and Robbinsdale.
Crystal is already done! I'll be doing Brooklyn Park next.
Hi brandon, how about east bethel? Is it fine living there?
Hey! By “fine” what do you mean? What exactly are you looking for?
Looking at moving to MN. Are you going to cover other areas of MN as well?
Yes I am! Any particular area you're interested in?
Could you cover St. Louis Park! I wanted to relocate to a place for young professionals
