Seriously though, this kind of humour (and the kind you see in her other videos, like the river of shit meditation) can only be the sign of an advanced soul and loving heart. Olivia's still (and always) my favorite.
I took this very seriously and when she asked if my perception had altered I was very taken back in awe and got a rush of goosebumps and realization that I felt completely at peace. Furthermore, what was 30 minutes long, it feels as though no time has passed at all. This was truly godlike work

The amount of work in this! I'm not sure if people truly understand the amount of audio mixing that went into this. I usually hate videos that have a delay or reverb on the voice because it never sounds good. You must have been a music producer in a previous life because you really get how to balance and use effects, panning, the frequency spectrum with VISUALS to boot!

I've been testing a variety different sound techniques to get an idea how effective they can be as "medicine." Some have included ASMR, but this is the first professionally done ASMR I have seen. This was without doubt the most incredibly powerful video I've seen BY FAR. It's been an hour, and I'm still in awe. I experienced a sense of euphoria followed by seriously detailed visuals which were soon coupled with a wide range of nearly overwhelming emotions.
