This is my go-to asmr. Almost 4 weeks now. Gets me to sleep in less than 20mins, and keeps me asleep. Every night, I am asleep within 20mins. I never remember the ending. I've tried her other videos, and not much has helped. This may just be my lucky sleepy time asmr. Thank you so much Olivia.

Lol my screwed up sleep is due to the corrupt landlord/management all but cutting off the heat @ 12.30 every night, despite people's complaints. Waking up with that hormonal rush has been getting to me. Luckily I'm otherwise very healthy, but I do feel bad for other people in this complex that aren't in as good condition to tolerate it. Working to gtfo asap. Hopefully those aren't too negative of vibes.. I'm lucky to be in tune enough to figure it out. This helped me fall asleep earlier, I've probably too much adrenaline now but if anything a semi state will be nice. Thank you. Hope all is well with you.
Thanks.. I agree.. we've reported to the town it several times. The management took pictures of a washing machine that we have in our apartment that we're not supposed to have while they were "leaking the radiators" (everyone else has the same issue too despite "fixes") and we got a warning in the mail from a lawyer the next day regarding the machine. So basically that was their response to us raising an issue. I fantasize about going further in that direction but I'm not sure it's the ideal path for us personally. Thanks for reading and giving your advice :) . I can only imagine what people in worse situations go through when they're up against interests like that.
Hey, I can help you with this. Are you living in the USA? If so this is what you can do. Any item that you have in your apartment- heat, A/C, stove, etc, HAS to be in working order if you're paying a landlord. You are essentially paying them for heat. All items have to be in working order if they're in your apartment and they've provided them. So, if they haven't responded to you, call your local area's code enforcement. It will be in the phone book or I'm sure you can find it online. Report this to them. That is what they exist for -- complaints from consumers regarding landlord issues, etc.
I hope this helps and please call them right away to report the infringement! Be sure to mention it's happening to everyone, not just you. You are committing a violation as well by having the washing machine, but that doesn't mean all the others are doing it.

Anyway.. positive follow up for the nice people that have commented..
Since it's not possible to move in a few days notice, I've rigged up a system of space heaters and humidifiers.. we had tried an electric radiator kind previously, but it off gassed nasty VOCs from the petroleum based paint on the heated metal frame. I urge everyone to stay away from stuff like that (especially memory foam!). I'm more sensitive and get obvious symptoms, but from what I understand it's bad for the nervous system and causes respiratory inflammation regardlessly. Just using a more old fashioned kind with the heated coils now.
For now, the air is warmer and more pleasantly humid (totally necessary with the heaters drying it out).. the electric bill will be high, but oh well. I personally would love to do a "Mr Smith Goes To Washington/City Hall" thing but other parties in my family don't want to deal with that. I'll have to leave that to other residents when they get fed up. I'm definitely lucky to live in a time and place that I can hack together something for my own sanity. I know some of this is long winded but I feel like it goes with Olivia's theme of paying attention to your body. Time to take another venture down into Olivia's deep rabbit hole of sleepiness..

Olivia, you are the embodiment of radiant health and feminine grace. It's as if you permanently reside in this alternate dimension of loveliness, which I only get to visit sometimes, by random chance, but most of the time I'm just a regular girl who is a bit neurotic and bites her nails and wears sweatpants around the house, etc. I don't know if it's your good posture, or gentle voice and smile, or well-manicured nails and graceful fingers, but you inspire me to channel the same refined femininity within myself, to cultivate it, to make a conscious effort to operate on that wavelength. I'm having a hard time finding the right words for what I'm trying to say, but, thank you for doing what you do.
