I just want you to know that the original video where this snippet was included in is *the best ASMR video* I have ever seen (and I have seen them at least many hundreds, maybe even more than a thousand). I like ASMR Asmr is really vague and you can get it from almost anything. I think Olivia's putting in effort to help us find new sounds! Asmr has no limits :-)

You can't really call a video "ASMR". A video may induce such a thing. Personally, I think these videos are going towards a more psychological/astral/energy kind of thing, trying to get you in a positive, creative state of mind. Yes, some of it will induce ASMR. However, I'd say this video isn't intended as a "go to sleep" video.
As for the insult (may have been removed) and the people who agree with it - think about that state of mind and what the video you just watched is trying to convey. Does someone not entirely agreeing with your ideologies about ASMR really deserve that response? Why do you watch ASMR videos? Is it not to escape from that kind of behaviour? Simply escaping will not help fix an issue or make it go away forever. Self action is always needed. Escape is a great way to start the process, but know that you will always have to return at some point. Change your world, don't just accept such stress when you come back.
Rennie Ash - In a way, I agree that the whole term ASMR video is kind of misleading. ASMR video basically is a video that can give ASMR experience to some people. But the problem is that ASMR is an extremely individual experience. Basically any video can be an ASMR video. (And then there are also people, who are watching these intentional ASMR videos without getting "tingles", so getting ASMR experience is clearly not the only reason to watch these.) Perhaps it would be better to call these videos with some other term?
Ever since they came up with a name for the tingles, it just gets put on any video that was in any way designed to induce them ;p I guess it's a good way to put them all in one place. Otherwise it was slightly harder to find them among other things that may have been similar

Struggling with anxiety and stress from a loss in my life a few years ago, I'm getting better but still need help remembering "I've never been in any real danger. You've been safe this whole time" thank you! I replayed this part over and over to really get it in my head. You're videos are beautiful.
I cried, I swear and I hardly do when it comes to things outside my anxiety triggers. I've had severe health related anxiety, not that my health is bad but my anxiety made a simple problem 1,000x worse than it is with the whole "everything is wrong" mentality anxiety gives you an I've been like that for months and just one video...This ONE video and I was able to relax and feel a liberation I haven't felt in a long time. If it makes any sense, my conscious self was not crying but my inner self that harbors all the negative feelings just manifested outwardly. It helped me understand that inner self and that it's just afraid, like my inner child was afraid. Full of fear that I feel I can control now.
