How has the ride been? Is it super bumpy? The tire weight of solid tires is part of what contributes to overheating. I’d also worry about performance in the wet
After the modifications I made to the tire to get it to fit, it ended up being a lot lighter. I'm not sure how it rides long distance yet and or in the rain but as soon as I can get out on it I'll let you know. When I tested it though it wasn't bumpy.
It's not a waist of money.... And it really depends on how everyone puts them on to be honest.... But from what I have ridden on them I haven't had an issue with them yet so.

Does it fit a g2 master from kukirin
I can not tell you that as I don't know what brand that is

Yes and I have put together a video on how to put solid rubber tires on the eagle 1
