I am an INTJ personality. Essentially the introverted aspect of my personality is where I draw my strength, or recharge if you will. The signing is actually good, he is quality personified, and he still throws as hard as he did when he was 34. Resilient, dependable, consistent and will be a great clubhouse presence for my Birds. I trust the process.....
Maryland charges 38% for top earners (over $634,000), plus local taxes, federal taxes, and random "Jock Taxes," especially in California. Arizona has a flat 2.5% tax, so they must be printing their own money with that rate, unless they are charging 65% on property taxes.🤔 Corbin was NEVER coming back, he wanted to go home, I understand completely: Family is more important. I wish Corbin we in Arizona, except for the Orioles.
Great pay to pitch for a really good team, and be near your home during Spring Training. Can't blame Morton for having a short and sweet checklist at this point in his career.
How can you claim the Orioles don’t trade any prospects? They’ve traded 3 MLB top-100 and several other team top-30 guys in the past 12 months when trading for Burnes, Eflin, and Rogers. Also, signing Sugano and Morton now makes Kremer expendable in a trade package for a top of the rotation guy like Castillo.
As an O's fan, I'll be mad later if this is THE move, but I honestly dig it as A move. Post-season experience including 2 WS wins. I say: "Welcome to B'More, C'Mor!"
I'm a lifelong Braves fan. I'm 52 now. Don't speak for us. We're not "freaking out". We aren't "furious" at AA. We would like some moves made to stay competitive, sure. Also, we DO appreciate Uncle Charlie.
Those fans are unknowable. That’s why they say those things. Every team has them. Just like how they shit ok the long man in the bullpen that just fills innings when the team is down big and gets beat up. He takes those innings so no one else has to. Charlie made 30 starts and went at least 5 in 26 of them
"I Love High Taxes" said nobody ever unless your a politician making these tax policies, where you think it goes lol. Wish Morton well he is consistent, still throwing gas in his 40's
I know you guys are former players, but spending randomly is not always the best move. The economics of baseball, as you know, is a deep dive into a multiple faceted approach with revenue, salaries (aside from players too), and projections for the future. I am ok with being patient, i hace been a fan since 1979, so I earned my stripes, lol. 😊

Im a Braves fan..Charlie Morton will always have a place in my baseball heart! Especially his contributions to that magical 2021 season.
6:08 45million more and they haven't upgraded and are arguably worse
they were a worse team with Burnes. Won 10 less games. Signing 1 superstar doesn't do anything. Depth is more important.

Introverts are not antisocial, Braun. You're sitting on your brain again...
