There's a nice location for farming plans over at the Rustwall Estate as well. A bunch of Cabinets, nightstands, backpacks and desks inside the Legionary Barracks (NOT the main building). Then you can reset the instance by heading directly across the courtyard and entering the Catacombs (one backpack immediately inside the door there too😁 ) then just exit and run back to the barracks.

Outcast Inn is worth checking, but definitely not the best spot as it hardly has any containers. I second the person who mentioned Rustwall Estate. Do the quest there and gain access to the barracks and catacombs. The lumber mill delve is another great location, if you don't mind doing a bit of legwork. Check all the buildings in there. Plenty of lootable containers. Also, Vashabar, but the items will count as stolen so bring a thief ;)
I’m theory. It’s great. Nothing sells in ps5 tho. I have all 5 guilds filled with the 30 slots. Bunch of maps, furnishing stuff, materials, companion equipments. All listed for half the price it should be. Nothing sells. ESO economy is in a bad spot right now unfortunately
What are you basing your prices off of? I say that cuz a lot would use the price checker on discord despite it being a lot more since it's based on PC prices
@Official_JakeClips from what I noticed, I loot until I get a white pattern then swap toon for atleast one hour and I can get blue and green again, when it comes to purple I put that character essentially on cool down for 24 hours and this way of looting has worked great, for anyone else reading this food patterns don't count for cool down, only housing furnishings

I haven't had the best luck with Outcast Inn. In fact, I've come to call it lockpick farming instead of plan farming.
I’ve had a few times I’ve looted 3 plans from a dresser or desk. Backpack, not so lucky.
I completed everything in 2 days and made my first skill last night
I can confirm that in two instances I got a green then immediately a blue on the next enter.
Then two whites in the room on my 4th instance.
I ended up with a bunch of ink from dolmens in alik'r leveling up toons to do this with lol.
