    Hey guys I noticed an account called "SteroidsRforLosers" is commenting everyone's comments. If they annoy you or harass you just block them, I want to keep the discussion thread on this video professional and civil. They commented like 200X so I'm not gonna try to go through and delete them all. But just ignore them or block them.

    @bob-a-louannamaria7960 8 ปีที่แล้ว +464

    OMG people. This video isn't to debate whether or not any of them use roids. They all did, LOTS AND LOTS, as well as HGH... This video is simply to illustrate that fact by showing how deflated they get once off the gear...

    • @jscottrockford
      @jscottrockford 8 ปีที่แล้ว +33

      Of course, I just think it's hilarious how they get all defensive when somebody brings up the fact that they're on it, saying it's all "genetics and hard work"............bullshit! No doubt it's hard work, but being willing to stick a needle in your ass is the key component

    • @bob-a-louannamaria7960
      @bob-a-louannamaria7960 8 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      +jscottrockford most will admit use after their career is over. Anyone who admits while "in" the industry as a competitor seeking endorsements will be ruined. They HAVE to lie to keep the $ pouring in.
      The supp industry wants all the little Johnnies and Billies and Bradlies out there to think these guys are all natty and that it's actually possible to get this big just using supps and training hard. When the reality is most of the supps these monsters endorse either don't do shit, or aren't even being used at all.
      If Phil Health admitted he's on gear right now, do you think Muscle Tech or Flex Magazine whoever else is padding his bank accounts would keep sponsoring him?! HELL NO!
      The supp companies know anyone who openly admits to using isn't going to be believed as an endorsement.
      Rich Piana is only open and honest about it because he doesn't need the body building industry. He has $ pouring in from other sources and makes $ on his own supp line....

    • @jscottrockford
      @jscottrockford 8 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      +Bob-A-Lou Anna Maria Excellent point.........all these guys are sponsored by half a dozen companies trying to sell you their shitty "pre-workout super blaster mass exploder" and a bunch of other garbage that doesn't do anything

    • @bob-a-louannamaria7960
      @bob-a-louannamaria7960 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +jscottrockford absolutely. I poured dozens of lbs of protein powder down my gullet over a decade and a half with zero real results. Then watched a friend who had done the same thing with same results, switch to a cycle of steroids and no supplements and put on 30lbs of muscle mass in about 8 weeks... Right then I stopped buying all supplements (except pre work out because I do have more energy on those)
      But BCAA's, protein, this that and the other, all garbage waste of time. Now if you're on steroids and growth hormone, those supplements may actually add to the mix and give you an advantage. But it's just ridiculous how MUCH of these guys physiques are because of the gear...

    • @bob-a-louannamaria7960
      @bob-a-louannamaria7960 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +jscottrockford I found a study once, I'll post the link if I find it. There were 4 test groups of around 1500 men each.
      Group 1 - given placebo (saline) injections and told to maintain usual lifestyle but not work out or exercise.
      Group 2 - given steroid injections (not sure which compound) and told to maintain normal lifestyle but not workout or exercise.
      Group 3 - given placebo (saline) injections and told to begin or continue a heavy workout regime.
      Group 4 - given steroid injections and told to begin or continue a heavy work out regime.
      Obviously the group who saw the least (or zero) change were the ones given the placebo injections and did not work out.
      And of course the group given steroids who did work out saw the biggest change by adding muscle mass as well as losing body fat.
      But, the surprising (not to me) thing for the researchers was that group 2, the men given the steroids who did not work out, saw a dramatic change. In fact ...

Ok it's the same name for sport but not the same CATEGORY and taking nothing or just few injection can't give you THOSE results. Stay natty or use few steroids is NOT being Pro Bodybuilder ( Genetic, 5000cal+ or... 1700!!! , perfect diet, best products....) 2) You can take the bottle of what you want, without the 1) AND a very very very Hard training you will obtain zero result compare THOSE bodies! And final, i had the opportunity to see JAY for REAL and see video or be next to him is a HUGE difference 😄😄😄

      Also full of studies showing zero side effects when done correctly, even better health since low T is a leading cause of many issues in older men. Low T in women is also a issue, our bodies kill themselves.. keeping levels up instead of letting them bottom out is what I would call foward thinking.

      Does not have to be, why slowly let your body age, rot and destroy itself when you can slow the process. And in the next 50-100 years start preventing it altogether

    • @travisedwards9983
      @travisedwards9983 7 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      Not even close to true, Mitochondria is the cause of aging and the low production of NAD. Until now the only way to slow this down was caloric restriction and working out. They have now doubled the life in mice by increasing production of NAD. Body cutting back HGH and TEST has nothing to do with it trying to "prevent cancer" lol. Actually low T is one of the leading causes of cancer in men, proven fact. People on test replacment/hgh are living wayyy longer than 65, test replacement especially now is very much a good thing. Pesticides etc are wrecking our levels, we now have 18yr old men with test levels of 40 yr old men and our highest sperm counts now are lower than what sperm banks would even accept 20 years ago. So no, test has nothing at all to to with Mitochondria or NAD, and the body reducing it is one of the many ways it kills itself.. not it trying to save its self from cancer, especially since cancer is just now becoming so widespread.

    Well, as one retired competitive bodybuilder told me, you just get tired of having to eat all that food to maintain your mass. When you figure that you have gotten about as big as you are ever going to get or if you are a powerlifter about as strong as you are ever going to get, there is no great incentive to keep up all that intensive training.

    Mind boggling.

      Steroids don't just massively increase your gains, they also allow you to train longer and harder, as well as to recover much faster between workouts. As a consequence, you are physically able to train so much more and not burn your muscles. Steroids also have your metabolism in over-drive, meaning you 're hungry and want to eat constantly, which is great for building muscle, so long as you eat the right stuff.
      When you get off steroids, all these start to demenish exponentially, so you end up not being physically or mentally able to train as long and hard and eat as much, so they naturally shrink considerably over time. From a scientific standpoint, steroids can do so much good to people who are suffer from fatigue, stress, weight issues (either over or under-weight), muscle waste for the over 60s.
      The medical applications for everyday betterment of life are so vast it's immoral that most societies refuse to legalise them because some people choose to use them for bodybuilding, a choice they make that only effects them and their health. It's exactly like food. It wouldn't be fair to ban pizzas, ice-cream etc because some people choose to eat to such a degree that it makes them unhealthy.
      Just let people be able to go to private doctors and get a proper nutritional and steroid treatment plan based on their needs and society as a whole will be mch healtheir, physically and emotionally.

      Thank you Markus. I tried a cycle of oral D-Bol tablets when I was 25 after 6 years of training naturally and having reached about 90% of my natural peak in terms of muscle mass and size. With D-bol I was able to train harder and longer and gladly eat enough to make the breakthrough I had been trying so hard for, for over 2 years.
      I made such great gains in 6 weeks it was incredible. But when I went off cycle, I gradually ended up losing almost the entirety of my newly gained muscle and was left with a slightly higher bodyfat %. I knew then I naturally wasn't able to maintain a physique post cycle unless I cycled on and off pretty much all year round.
      Given the legal and social issues facing steroids and those who use them, I decided my career wasn't worth risking over it, so I was forced to make a decision about my body that effected no one else, based on social stigma and scientific ignorance.
      It's absolutely disgusting that I can smoke, eat and drink myself to death at everyone else's expense due to the drain my treatments would cost the National Health Service, yet wanting to enjoy life by recreationally taking substances that increase my zest for life and a healthy body are blocked because people today are pushing for overweight, immobile and physically unattractive people to forcibly be accepted as 'beautiful' and those of us who take pride in our bodies are labeled as 'criminals'.

      Impressive reading! I have always felt very bad about steroids. Never used them, never even seen them in reality. I have just read about the catastrophical stories of some overusing individuals. I think the natural way is the best (getting all substances into the body strictly through organic food, no laboratory stuff - chemical or genetic) but still, what you have written gave me a more balanced and complete perspective on this topic. Thank you.

    • @TheAmateurEditor
      @TheAmateurEditor 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      jakubkrcma You 'e welcome. I think the greatest problem surrounding steroids is people not engaging in conversation about them. You hear the word and immediately have this knee-jerk reaction to condemn them and criticise users as junkies when the reality is they are a drug just like ibuprofen and paracetamol, abuse them and you will hurt yourself, take them sensibly with proper diet and training and you can achieve your desired physique. If we can allow smoking and alcohol, there exists 0 reasons to not allow steroids for personal use.

      To your comment on strength, I contest that given proper training and dietary programming, it's not necessarily a foregone conclusion. Look at Jack Lalanne, Joseph Greenstein, Charles Atlas, Alexander Zass, Great Gama and just hosts of competent yoga and martial arts instructors. You wouldn't confuse any of these people as being either weak or unaesthetic in their advanced ages. True, none of them are as big as bodybuilders of today, but consider any of Jack Lalanne's feats at age of 60+ and there is a definite argument to be made that we don't necessarily have to be weak as we age. John E Peterson, someone I failed to name above, is able to perform 3-500 hindu pushups and squats in one set in his 50's. Pump out close grip pullups in sets of 20 and do a nose to the mat bridge, all while keeping very respectable musculature that quite honestly looks like someone in their 20's. This isn't really meant to be an argument, I just wanted to state that there's a big difference between what we as a society equate to strength, and what actual strength denotes. Also, all those people I mentioned trained and thrived in the pre steroid period.

      lol if u don´t put in the testo your female hormone will dominate what is the reason for loosing muscles and gaining fat. Your muscle growth goes hand in hand with the testo in your body. If u put in the juice by syringe your body stops his own production until you stop it. and than it takes some weeks or months until you get on a normal humans level. But i hope you don´t think that you can naturally gain these mass of muscles and i don´t support juice but u have to train very hard anyway to get that big. Or do you think that Arnold or other Mr. Universe and Olympia sit on their couch and watched TV?

      Think it is mostly due to GH not steroids. GH gives enormous gains. Although, steroids are ever so often added to the mix but the biggest gains are from somatotropin.
      Main negative aspect of anabolic steroids (competition wise) is high water retention not taking into account other negative things though fat and water is easily negated with thyroid hormones and diuretics so it comes down to how much of a walking lab you wanna be and whether or not ones liver and kidneys can take that much punishment not to mention the hormonal and other phisiological disbalances caused by the abuse of peds.

    most of them still need steroids because their bodies stop production or minimize production of his own testosterone for life...if you are on testosterone for many years your body wont produce their own testosterone..... but the first thin and the most important is psychology of steroid users...?their confidence is build on how big they look and shock at the end is incredible.... and if you like to lift weights ir is the best to make your own gym in garage and train by yourself and don't look at posers and don't look pictures and videos online.....maybe read good articles about food...buy some proteins and creatine....don't use so high rep range as in the most articles because 12 reps is for steroid users....lift in 6-8 range sometimes for strength 5,3 or even 1rmax ...

    Not for the use of making bulk I used to take steroid as therapy to cure skin allergy for about 20 years. I was 14 when my skin was heavily damaged from allergic symptom. I remember I got 100mg to stop the symptom. I got extremely stimulated and confident that could't go to sleep in the nights. Hair and muscles grew and my character changed to the wild one. I was like an angel before the start. I used to be real good in any sports. However I became really tired and weak and allergy started again when steroid level dropped down so I went to the doctor and it repeated again and again. The amount I ate was amazing but I was still lean and ripped because I was still young at that time. However in the age of 30 I became a big guy literally due to heavy work load, lots of drinking and eating with lacks of exercise. Moon face and barrel belly I got. Most of all the I suffered with Cushing syndrome. Bones got weakened and skin got thinner so got stretch marks and blood vessel shown.. I put my best effort to quit for long years. My body condition is not on the peak but I look better now. I have got my handsome face again and skin looks much better now. Thanks God, I have got two lovely children as well. Do not use steroids at any circumstances. To whom suffering with fatal skin allergy I recommend 'Tofacitinib'. Any itchiness stops in 10 seconds.

    WOW!!!! After seeing that what is the point of working out? Some of those guys didn't look like they had ever been to a gym before in their lives after just a few years of not competing, and they were at one time massive dudes! Why spend the time to get big, spend the money on supplements, and the effort and sacrifice just to see it all disappear without a trace? I guess the moral is to work out for health, not for vanity.

    • @wissal101
      @wissal101 7 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    • @bcb2585
      @bcb2585 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I'm not complaining about others; but rather am expressing my own opinion that the choices and sacrifices necessary to become massive are not choices and sacrifices that I would make. If someone wants to go down that road they certainly can. If a person wants to do anything with their life that doesn't infringe on someone else I see no problem with it. I work out, eat well, and try to get an aesthetic body; but my goal is for health and longevity. I don't care about the stage personally. If someone else does, that is their prerogative.

    • @wissal101
      @wissal101 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BCB so your talking like you dont care about what they do which is good but yet you question why they make the sacrifices they did/do which compeltely contradicts your point. It comes down to a simple question of "was it worth it?" for you it may not be but just because it isnt for you doesnt mean it isnt for them, personally no matter how many people question what they do, the fact is that not everyone can get to their level with drugs or without drugs. I'm only commenting because I am a die hard fan of bodybuilding

    Its amazing how significant roads are in this game
    When i got out of the Army i was in great shape after training for all the years that i was in. So many people would ask me; dude, what are you taking? i took fried chicken, doughnuts and protein drinks and trained heavy. I won power lifting contests at Ft Riley Ks.Well, after getting my hands on some anadrol 50, within 3 weeks my bench went from 315 for maybe 3 reps to 8 to 10 reps. Its crazy, If you train hard and take gear you will get way more than the 10 percent people talk about but yes there is a down side, Big time!

    • @ca11medeemoney
