He had been taking pictures of her 8 year old son and twelve-year-old daughter and she confronted him and they started arguing. I went over to help the mother and let her know I was there to protect her and her children and long story short I ended up getting into a pretty serious fight with him and broke his j@w and I ended up in prison for 3 years. its disgusting how much protection they get!!! i would help any mother out in same situation again tho!!

Because people like him are given the benefit of the doubt. More often than not, they’re able to walk free because justice for sexual assault/harassment victims, especially when they’re a minor, isn’t likely. The most those monsters get is five years(which is why we are happy when they get even the tiniest bit more sentences like 21, which is merciful sentencing), it’s rare for them to be rightfully punished. Even having his social media accounts taken down is not a win. He needs to be sent to prison. The amount of trauma he’s likely caused for these women is horrifying. I know someone who "dated" a 27-year-old man while she was 15 years old. He groomed not only her, but her entire family, and they were engaged on her 17th birthday and married on her 18th. It's not so much lack of commitment as it is lack of resources. He's expressed desire of inappropriately aged girls and intent to build a community, and neither of these are crimes in the USA - and as a whole, thank God the government cannot arrest you based on intent, because then you get into all kinds of assumptions. So unfortunately in this specific case, as baffling as it is, until he expresses a clear desire to commit a crime, and then actually conspires to commit the crime, nothing can be done because of first amendment rulings in the past. He can get in court for harassment based on his video content, but that's hardly worth pursuing for most law enforcement, as it would be largely meaningless at the end of the day.

Because people like him are given the benefit of the doubt. More often than not, they’re able to walk free because justice for sexual assault/harassment victims, especially when they’re a minor, isn’t likely. The most those monsters get is five years(which is why we are happy when they get even the tiniest bit more sentences like 21, which is merciful sentencing), it’s rare for them to be rightfully punished. Even having his social media accounts taken down is not a win. He needs to be sent to prison. The amount of trauma he’s likely caused for these women is horrifying. The lack of commitment by the police to finding and arresting sexual predators who target children really bothers me.
It's not so much lack of commitment as it is lack of resources. This guy has talked to minors and said some disturbing things but since his first crime, which was recording a girl in public, hasn't done anything illegal for which they can arrest him. Police can't place someone to watch this guy 24/7. There are people out there constantly committing crimes that they have to attend to and there's already not enough to address what's happening. Also, if they just started watching and following him, he could hit them with a harassment suit and not only would it cost them a lot but then when he did start acting even shadier (but still not doing anything actually illegal) they'd have to not watch him for fear of being sued again.
Which is why I think YT and TikTok should let him keep his accounts and continue to post. Let him plaster his own face and intentions all over the internet so people can see and know what he's up to. Because you have to obtain an Actus Reus to complete the circle of crime for any sort of punishment to be enforced. He could literally just say in court that it was all satire and he hasn’t actually committed any crime, just thoughts he didn’t mean. It’s how the system works unfortunately. He will not be arrested basically until he either r*ps or assaults a woman. Then they can use this content against him in court.

He's expressed desire of inappropriately aged girls and intent to build a community, and neither of these are crimes in the USA - and as a whole, thank God the government cannot arrest you based on intent, because then you get into all kinds of assumptions. So unfortunately in this specific case, as baffling as it is, until he expresses a clear desire to commit a crime, and then actually conspires to commit the crime, nothing can be done because of first amendment rulings in the past. He can get in court for harassment based on his video content, but that's hardly worth pursuing for most law enforcement, as it would be largely meaningless at the end of the day.

but because they're people. You can take every isolated incident of something and use it as proof that a specific group is targetted more often but, at the end of the day, everyone is relatively equally able to be victimized. I was sexually assaulted at 11 by a man in the city. I lied and said I was 18. I was abused previously so my fight or flight began kicking in. Youd think that people would come and help the person who’s clearly underage getting groped and kissed by a man who is AT LEAST 26 but they didn’t. It’s a lot more common than you think. It makes it a lot scarier. I’m assuming most people think that someone else would take care of it or that it’s not that big of a deal when nobody else will help and it IS that big of a deal.
