I love how the Jamaicans embraced Trini and showed their brothers love. We love to see our Caribbean brothers and sisters on the big stage doing massive things even when we are not there. Its fulfilling to have representatives from this region out there. Congrats to the other countries aswell.

twade wade let me ask you a question. Do you know me? Do you know fred? Do you know my goals or what impact they have on others? No you do not. Im not judging his goals. Im judging how he showcases his goals and his character. He is very cocky and for someone that really hasn’t done that much... relax a lil. He touched 43 one time and hasn’t done much since. No medals either. Have you seen his interviews? The worst! Not only that but belittles his competition. I’m not a fan of that. That’s just me.

Great britain loves track and field and every time they host a track meet or championship the event is always amazing. I wish all the meet organizers would copy the cameras angle used here

Cedenio and Gordon are/were monsters on the track. So USA men got silver in both relays. The ladies got gold. And how for the commentators its never "what an amazing!!! " for the USA but for other teams.

Even though I’m not in the race, I always get goosebumps and nervous jitters at the “on your mark, set, go” because it gives me flashbacks of when I was forced to be on the 4x4 in high school. 😂
