@@omarhall6871 You mean sub 45. Or else we would all know about those lads. Wayde, Gardiner, Norman, Kerley, Makwala and few others are sub 44. No Jamaicans in the sub 44 mark.

It depends which country you are from, some people have competitions so people can qualify and its often a mark you need to beat if you dont have a competition

the English guy I don't know. The female is Tamsyn Manou (ne' Lewis), a very knowledgeable Australian former 400/800 racer, Sydney Olympic medalist and 2008 World Indoors 800m champion
