    I have the regular Row and Ride and I love it. I’m short therefore can adjust the bars to be short. Easy on and off and easily fold and store. I’m 57 and find this great to stretch a good squat and feels great on my legs. I stand on my job and using this is great for my legs and helps give me more energy. Sunny Health products are affordable and of good quality. Thanks!

    6’ 180lb male here. Tried out a friends a little over 1 week ago (non-pro model). Holy cow, thought I had decent cardio. WRONG!!!! After 2.5 mins I was breathing pretty heavy. Put on all three bands and didn’t want to go longer than 1.5 minutes.
    This machine totally shocked me. I now have one.

      Can you do interval training reaching 170+ heart rate on this machine and get completely out of breath?
      How much noise does it make?

      @@bmp713 I don’t know about 170+ as I’ve never tried to get it that high. Regarding interval training or some type of HIIT I suppose so. You can burn your fast if you go fast. As for quite, it is silent. Not squeaky and unstable at all if that is what you are asking. 😀

      Do you think it has enough resistance and uses enough muscles for full body aerobic threshold workouts breathing heavy for 30+ minutes at around 150-170HR.
      I only care about strengthening my heart and getting as much aerobic workout as possible, not about losing weight.

      @@bmp713 I’m up to 2 min with all 3 bands. It will humble you quickly 😁. If you can do over 5 mins at 150, I’d be seriously blown away. 30mins I’d never believe (it’s harder than it looks 😊)

    We just set up the pro version today and my mom and I are looking forward to using it. I’m glad that there are exercise videos to follow to get to used to it and to learn what to do and how to do it.

      What is the max resistance level of the pro?

    The pro has 12 levels of resistance, how much weight is each level? What is the estimate resistance say at level 1 and at level 12? Are they equal intervals each level up? The regular has 3 with about 22lbs each resistance band, but the resistance bands CONSTANTLY fray and break. With the hydraulic system is there a limit on the workout duration? Will it over heat or malfunction if I stack the 20, 12 and 10 min workouts from your youtube channel?
    Also how much estimated resistance are the front bands, and do they have any effect on the squaring or are they just for the exercises performed off the device how Sydney demonstrated?

    The Pro version should also have the handlebar's height adjustment for tall/short people (just like the regular model). I think it's important, don't you think?

    How do the 12 levels work on the Pro? On the Regular Row you have the bands with 22 pound increases. How do the 12 levels translate to pounds?

    Would this help with pelvic floor dysfunction? I’m deciding on either this or the db method. Thanks!

      Yes actually! There are better exercises for pelvic floor strength like kegels and pelvic floor activations (which are a bit deeper and more active than kegels in the actual pelvic floor zone) but squats are a great exercise to promote a strong pelvic floor. That's if they're done correctly, so just like you have to mindfully activate your core and glutes when working out, you have to actively engage your pelvic floor while squatting to strengthen. Narrow squats are ideal for this, so the Row-N-Ride's design is actually quite nice to achieve this result. Of course, this can also be done with regular squats (we would recommend trying this and building up strength before using the Row-N-Ride).

    I have a question... I have a pilates bar with resistance bands it has the hand loops on one side and connectors for the bar... theoretically I could just add those to the base of my regular ride and row and do the the same exercises without upgrading to the pro. I've seen the pro and it's nice but a little to bulky for me.

      That's something to try out at your own discretion. We do have the Plus model out now that's very similar looking to the original, but just much better quality materials to hold more weight.

    I just ordered the regular row and ride. I didn’t even see the pro or I would’ve ordered it. I’m very skeptical of the resistance bands under the seat. Seems like a good way for someone to get hurt. I’ve read numerous reviews of them breaking within a few weeks - months. Plus the handle snapping off and people falling backward. I’m very nervous about it because I’m nearing the max weight capacity of the original row and ride.

    Can you restrict the range of motion to different angles with the pro, like you can with the original? Via the stem under the seat that acts as a bump stop.

      None the bands are more noticeable in resistance. The only reason why I would get pro is because of the weight support

    Why didn’t she show herself doing the pro machine? Also, can you use the pro seat in the same way to lift as a weight or is it just the resistance band? I wanted to see a squat on the pro. Weird that she’s only do one machine.

    Is rowing or elliptical better for knees?

      Both are soft impact for the knees. I would say elliptical would be the best as it's very lubricating with the movement.
