😂 Love you guys. Tell Yasmeena hello. You made her laugh. Me to. Watch out for stiff wind! It’s so true to have your specialty, but always be prepared for a photo opportunity to show up in your day-to-day life. The story of our lives. Landscape and documentary chose me, not the other way around. I much prefer portraits but I do not do as much as I would like to in that area. Thanks as always David.
Hi, I stumbled on your first video on Dlux8 and that gave me enough reason to get one. My friend at the time was travelling through Vienna so got it for me (locally it is sold out here in Australia). Having had it for under a week I cannot be happier with this little gem. Comparing to M or other appeared-to-be more powerful gear, the Dlux 8 makes me relaxed and makes taking photos less stressful (in terms of carrying/protecting/expecting) and yet, it is powerful enough to allow me try new things and as a result really enjoying it! ❤ Thank you for sharing your thoughts and I'm very happy for having stumbled over them 🙏📷
Happy to say the entire state of Florida was those uneducated people that never had lockdowns. We were all free to decide what was right for our individual selves. We just ran wild and mask free during the pandemic 😂 Besides that rant above from me you did exactly what we did this weekend, well almost every weekend. Get with my camera and hit the streets and have a coffee.
Which was a political decision and very reckless. Just because a lot of people make mistakes does not make it right. As a society, you, we everybody is/are not free to decide things you do not know and that was a very dangerous situation and taking such risks was extremely reckless and only politically motivated. We still do stay away from unvaccinated people and will get our 7th shot very soon. Besides, I love to hear about your weekends, photography is such a beautiful thing and coffee too. 😀🙌🏽
@@DAVCOHPHO not with our governor. He believes it. It wasn’t political. I much prefer reckless freedom over government protecting us like little children. Because they do a terrible job of protecting us as individuals. I would say government had no idea at the time and made lives worse for the most part across America while Florida prospered. You would say what our Florida governor did was politically motivated but I’m thinking the entire lockdowns, vaccines, not putting proven alternatives out the public were politically motivated and filling the pockets of politicians wallets. I guess we will never meet when I visit family in Germany next year. But I never took vaccines long before people started questioning the trust in the pharmaceutical companies like I did. No our family stopped buying canned goods, grains, processed food, all sugar or packaged foods over 15 years ago. None of us picked up Covid, we didn’t fuel the virus with the sugar and carbs it’s wants. I can’t even remember the last time I was sick. But I am guilty of the occasional cheat with a beer. What the governments should have been pushing so hard is for people to get out and exercise. Lose weight. Stop eating the foods that are going to kill you if you get Covid at the time. Tell you straight up if you’re fat you are much more likely to die if you get Covid. But they didn’t. They acted like they cared but they don’t. You need to care for yourself.
So either my post just didn’t make it. Or it got removed. I was friendly and didn’t say anything mean to you so I’m going to assume it just didn’t get posted and try again and I will know soon enough.🤔 With our governor it wasn’t political he believes what he does. I’ll take dangerous reckless freedom every time over government control thinking they know better what is best for every individual. I would say the government was reckless and didn’t know what they were doing. Florida just decided to leave it up to you on you how it was best to decide to handle your own health. And we came out pretty good overall through the hell. 54 and never even flu had a shot. None of us got this vaccine or got Covid. My job takes me into hundreds of homes every month so I was constantly exposed. Healthy living, no vaccine for me or my family. We will be visiting Germany next year to visit family, I guess we won’t meet 😂 If our governments wanted to help the public through Covid they should have been pushing personal health. The virus fed off of body fat. Drop the sugars. Drop the alcohol. Drop the grains that produce sugar in your body. Drop the carbs. Stop buying canned foods. Loose weight which was the number one killer for Covid. But the government doesn’t care about you as an individual and they never will no matter who is in office. I guess I’ll add that I didn’t from the last post they do a wonderful chalk art sidewalk competition every year and the kids were just brilliant as always.
@@WhoIsSerafin Right, we had no idea and therefore, we had to be careful. I prefer to listen to experts like Dr. Fauci and not politicians like deSantis or whoever. I do agree on many points with what you say but this one particular point I see totally different. As I said, we took all the vaccines, 7th shot coming next and we still wear masks in order to protect us against all kinds of virus infections, the flu etc which I always fell victim to, especially in the cold season. No unvaccinated person(s) comes into our home, outside it is a different story, we cannot check that anyway, so we could meet if you want. 😀
@@WhoIsSerafin I agree we disagree here and I have to say you are one of the very few who I disagree with on this point but you have valid points, you do not display that nearly religious disdain for science etc. All good 😀🙌🏽
David thank you and Yasmeena for another great video. When traveling I don't try to create the "perfect" shot. I photograph what grabs my eye and do the best I can to expose it properly. I never put pressure on myself to look for that. I don't think that I would enjoy photography looking for the perfect shot every time I press the shutter. God bless you both.
I don't think this could be possible because over time we always change and something we loved "yesterday" may be less favorable tomorrow and so, as we change, our perception of "perfect" may change. On the other side, if this " perfect shot" really existed we would have to stop photography since there would be no point to continue something after you reached the peak. 😀All the best to you and your beloved ones 😀🙌🏽
Your Tools - Your camera is your tool of choice.
